Luxury Log Cabin Home In Private Mountain Setting Just Minutes To Ski & Town

Bright and sunny mountain home on Peak 7 is a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Located just 5 minutes from the base of the Breckenridge Peak 8 ski lifts and Summer Fun Park.

Enjoy the private mountain setting while soaking in the hot tub or sitting on the expansive deck. After enjoying the hot tub, you’re just steps away from the luxurious steam shower. Our spacious home features a beautiful great room with a stone gas fireplace, tongue and groove vaulted ceiling and beautiful views of the wooded lot.

The chef’s kitchen is fully-equipped and has a Viking commercial cook top, double oven, gas grill on the patio and 2 indoor seating areas for a total of 16 people.

The home has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 10 people total. Master bedroom #1 (2nd floor) with king size bed, private bath with dual sinks and separate tub/shower.

Also on the 2nd floor is a bunk room with a daybed/trundle, bunk bed, pack & play (travel crib), TV, lots of games. All bedrooms have tvs.

First floor has one bedroom (w/tv) with a queen size bed and easy access to the bathroom with the steam shower. Rec room (lower level) has a pool table and large tv - a great retreat for extra space.

The home has free WiFi access and all TV's have cable service.

The two car attached garage (w/key pad entry) is heated and has plenty of room for ski storage. Parking for 5 additional vehicles on the driveway. Please note that AWD is strongly recommended to access this home during the winter months.

The home has 3 staircases and a balcony; baby gates are provided, should you be visiting with young children. No pets are allowed.

No matter what time of year you visit, there will be plenty to do! Enjoy the world class ski resort, hike/bike/nordic ski/snowshoe on nearby mountain trails, play at the Summer Fun Park, or venture into town to explore the many wonderful shops and restaurants.

This home is managed by a local management company which is available to answer questions and happy help with any issues that may arise during your stay.

Lovely mountain retreat but close to Breck

Our FamILLy of 6 had our first getaway in 2 years and it was unfortunately too quick. We squeezed in a lot of fun trips to town, 14 mile bike ride down from vail pass, hikes to peak 7 (owner told us the path directions), and a rafting trip in Buena Vista. But some of our best memories were game nights and hot tubbing back at the house. We made the most delicious dinner one night with more than enough spices, utensils and cooking items that we have at home in Chicago so it didn’t even feel like a rental. The grill worked well, even though we prefer the green egg at home, no complaints from the 4 “children” ranging in age from 14-23. The property management was the EASIEST company I have EVER dealt with. After a VERY easy check in, I was texted to see if everything is ok upon arrival. I said everything was in good order and very clean with lots of supplies to get us started and that I had wished I was advised to bring my own laundry soap. The management company said typically they leave soap for people to use and that they would be dropping some off first thing in the morning. They not only dropped off laundry soap but they also dropped off extra coffee so we didn’t have to buy coffee for just one extra day. We will definitely return to that house and would recommend it to friends.

Perfect Vacation

The home is gorgeous, clean and well stocked. It’s in a beautiful mountain setting. Very close to town, shopping and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was great. I highly recommend this property!

Awesome!!!

My friends and I loved this house. 6 of us came out to Breckenridge for a ski weekend and this was perfect. It was much spacious and beautiful than we anticipated. The patio with the step in hot tub was perfect with the vast backyard. Such an easy drive to base if Breck. Thanks for a great experience!

Christmas Vacay

First most we would like to say that the pictures dont dont do the house justice. The home is more beautiful in person and details to the home make a a uinque experience. We enjoyed our time in the jacuzzi and having easy access to the steam room when getting out. The home was very spacious, cozy, warm, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very big and had everything we needed to cook we wanted to stay in. The management company and host always responded quickly when we had questions. We would definitely return.

Gorgeous Family Get away

What a beautiful, well laid out, home. This home is perfect for multiple families as there are many primary suites. We loved the ample space in the kids rooms where they could sleep and play after a long day of boarding. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and the hot tub is a very high level brand that ran perfectly. We really enjoyed our time at this property!

Great spot for a group!

9 of us stayed here for my bachelorette party. It was convenient to downtown but also quiet and private. Lots of areas with plenty of seating so we could all hang out together weather it was on couches outside or in/around the hot tub, in the living room, dining and kitchen. It was perfect for our group!

Great winter retreat spot!

We had a great time at this rental. Loved using the backroad to the Peak 8 to avoid the crowds. The road isn't heavily used so we did have one 2 wheel drive car spin out but for any AWD this is a great perk about this location. The house itself is great....big spaces, great hot tub and easy to spread out. We'd rent here again!

Great Mountain House

My group of friends (8) had a great time at this house; the location is easy to get to and close enough to Main Street for a quick drive or Uber/lyft ride in, as well as very convenient for the skiers. The house and hot tub were very clean and setup to entertain for a bbq dinner with pool table fun. We’d recommend staying at this house!

Awesome ski house in Breckenridge

Stayed at this house for our annual President's Day ski weekend in CO. Really great experience with simple check-in and check-out, all handled remotely. House was very comfortable and clean. Nice hot tub. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with double ovens, a Viking 6 burner range and a really large collection of pots, pans, serving plates and utensils. We made good use of the large dining table. There is a drip coffee maker. House is located between Peak 7 and Peak 8 lodges. Parking is expensive at the mid-mountain stations and was sold out when we were there. Cheaper parking is down the hill at the Gondola in town (10min) or out on Airport Rd (15min). The listing is accurate in stating that 4WD is a must in the winter. The property is located on a county road that is not as well plowed as the Breck city streets are. We had no problems with our rental AWD but a 2WD would not work. Great house, highly recommend.

Great property. We’d definitely rent here again. It’s a 5-7 minute drive to peak 7
a few more to the lot at peak 8. I wouldn’t say 4x4 is necessary, but I wouldn’t want to try without it.

Wonderful home

This home was great! It was lovely inside and out. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. It had gates that we were able to put up at the 3 different stairs for our 2 young grandkids. It made our stay very relaxing. It was a wonderful vacation!

Family reunion

The house was great and worked well for our celebration. Lots of rooms so that everyone had their own space. Kids in the bunk room while adults had the larger rooms. The kitchen was spacious and the dining room accommodated our whole party.

Amazing house!

Friends and I headed up to Breck for a ski house weekend and this was the perfect spot. Everything pictured is exactly the same, if not better, in person! The only con is that is not on a shuttle route to the mountain but Cristina was more than helpful in letting us know best ways to get there!
