Luxury Spacious Bluesky Condo within 30 yards of the Snowflake Lift 2BR/2 BA

The location of this condo can't be beat! The spacious 2BD/2BA/3 Beds top floor corner unit comfortably sleeps 6 and is located at the end of a quiet hallway and within yards of the Snowflake chair lift. This unit boasts of in-floor heating throughout, roomy bedrooms with adequate space for guest storage, double sinks in both bathrooms, fully stocked oversized kitchen, and plenty of gathering space in the open dining/kitchen/living room floor plan. The living room has a new sleeper sectional in 2025 adding to your gathering and sleeping comfort. Includes a private covered deck and in-unit washer/dryer for guest's convenience. Grilling available in the pool area so lunch in the condo is a breeze.

This unit is located in one of Breckenridge's premier residences that includes the ski lift right out the back door, along with immediate access to ticket sales, a ski shop with ski/snowboard/bike rental, and indoor lockers/heated boot racks for convenient storage of all gear. The covered garage parking is on the same floor of the unit to accommodate easy delivery of luggage and groceries. The luxury resort includes an on-site spa, large outdoor heated pool, three huge hot tubs, fitness center, game room with ping pong and arcade games, and free private shuttle that takes you anywhere in the town of Breckenridge.

The location was perfect! Could walk to Main Street, get on the ski lift right outside, and the ski shop/spa was just a couple of floors down. Pool & hot tub was perfect! Shuttle service felt like our personal chauffeur. Condo had everything we needed and we could sit on the balcony and watch the skiers come & go. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We’ve been coming to Breckenridge for 30 years and this is the nicest place we’ve ever rented. The space is much larger than the photographs indicate. The decor is warm and beautifully done. Everything you need is there for you. We loved the covered patio and the short distance to downtown. My only regret is that it’s not ski season because the chairlift is located just outside.

Beautiful condo, great location, quiet, very clean, and secure. The check-in process could not have been easier. The kitchen was well equipped with very new appliances. A reserved parking spot is located on the same level as the condo and only a short distance from the condo's front door. The beds were very comfortable and the wi-fi was fast and dependable. Elderly or physically limited renters should be aware that the shower stall and bathtub do not have grab bars.

Summer Brek Trip

The property was very clean and well stocked. Appreciated the crock pot, which we put to use on hiking days. Stayed for 7 nights and did not run out of the basics (toilet paper, paper towels, etc), which says a lot about the hosts hospitality. The condo layout worked perfect for our family of 4. The covered parking is conveniently located a short distance to the condo. And the Blue sky 1st floor front door made for an easy in & out to downtown. There is a shuttle service to town from the condo but we chose to make the short 10 minute walk. We came to Brek for summer hiking but really enjoyed downtown. Great shops, food and overall atmosphere. The condo pool & hot tub are meticulously checked and cleaned. The condo staff is friendly, kind and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed the sounds of the nearby running river & birds while sitting on the patio. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Perfect Place to Stay in Breck

Dave’s place is truly one of the best options for a comfortable and convenient stay.The unit is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need. The bedding is plush and comfortable, and the fireplace was the perfect way to warm up after a chilly day.The BlueSky property itself—and every staff member we encountered—was exceptional. We loved winding down in the hot tubs each evening, and having ski rentals, a lift ticket kiosk, and the Snowflake lift just steps from the door was incredibly convenient.We chose not to rent a car, and it turned out to be a great decision. On nice days, it’s an easy half-mile walk to Main Street. When the weather was colder, the property shuttle was quick, and the drivers were all kind, knowledgeable, and often made us laugh.I can’t recommend Dave’s place highly enough. When we return, this will absolutely be our home base again—and we hope it will be yours, too!

Everyone in the group loved the condo and the building. They contributed to a memorable trip and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The condo is beautifully furnished, well equipped, and most importantly very clean. Finally, the location was exactly as adverised, within a few feet of the chairlift.

Great location and property

Property is great for families, plenty of room and nice dining room area for games and meals. Pool/hottub area are great, largest hot tubs I've seen in Breck - plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. Kitchen was outfitted nicely for families that want to do "real" cooking. Washer/dryer in the unit was a lifesaver. One note for snowboarders - don't take Snowflake back to the condo, take 4 O'clock to the Snowflake lower lift access, otherwise you're going to be walking a lot. Also, if you want to hit peak 9 you're better off taking the shuttle over to Beaver Run or else you're going to have a traverse on Crossover that you'll have to unstrap for. But those are critiques of the mountain and not the property!

It was truly excellent location, accommodations, parking location, free shuttle to and from the town, literally 30 yds from ski lift, free ski storage... the list goes on. Parking to elevator to condo are like 100 steps, if that. Extremely convenient. The owners are great easy and great to communicate with. In the car it takes 1-2 min to town. Will definitely be staying next year.

My husband and I stayed in this condo while my brother and his family were across the street. The set up allowed us to have two large family dinners. A wonderful condo that feels like you're staying at a ski lodge

My wife and friend had a great time staying at this condo in early February. It truly is ski in-ski out as there is a ski rental place in the same building, the closest chair lift is maybe 100 feet away from the rental shop, and you can ski back to close to the rental shop. The condo was sizeable, clean and comfortable, and the host was very accommodating. There is a shuttle that takes you into town so you don't need to take your car. Overall, a great place to stay when skiing in Breckenridge!
