With 3,800 sq ft of living space, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and is designed for families and friends to gather. Expansive windows frame sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and National Forest, while multiple decks, a private hot tub, and a fireplace provide endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Whether relaxing by the cozy stone fireplace or exploring nearby trails, Red Mountain Lodge is a true alpine getaway.
Proximity: Located in Blue River, this home offers both convenience and adventure with quick access to Breckenridge and some of Summit County's most popular hikes. The property is just 4.5 miles from downtown Breckenridge, 4.4 miles from Blue Lakes Trail, 5 miles from McCullough Gulch, and only 3.6 miles from the trailhead for the famous 14er, Quandary Peak.

• Second Bedroom: King bed, private balcony with mountain views, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath with shower/tub combo.
• Third Bedroom: Twin-over-queen bunk bed, full-size closet, and shared bath with shower/tub combo (shared with fourth bedroom).
• Fourth Bedroom: Twin-over-queen bunk bed, full-size closet, and shared bath with shower/tub combo (shared with third bedroom).

Laundry & Garage: A washer and dryer are located on the main level near the half bath and heated two-car garage, which offers storage for vehicles and gear.
Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
