Look forward to a wonderful vacation in Breckenridge in this updated condo with cottage charm. Sit back on the brand new oversized couch and watch your favorite movie on the new 55" Smart TV which sits over the gas fireplace. Read a book in the cozy reading nook or play one of the many provided board games with your friends and family. Enjoy a refreshing drink on the balcony at the bar table, surrounded by fairy lights and take in the fresh mountain air.

This recently remodeled two bedroom condo has a brand new beautiful kitchen and bedding, along with custom bathrooms. Each condo has their own washer and dryer as well as a covered parking space, access to the indoor hot tubs, shared grills, and complimentary WiFi. While being only a block from Main Street, stay close to the slopes with a short shuttle trip to the nearest chair lift or a walk to the Gondola, and ski back down to your space at Sawmill Creek via the Four O'Clock run.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. Throughout the trip, there was constant noise from the unit above us, and it seemed the noise curfew was not being enforced, which made it difficult to relax.The listing advertised the condo as remodeled. While parts of it may have been updated, the furniture was outdated and in poor condition. The cushions felt unclean — we actually flipped one over just to find a cleaner side to sit on. For the price we paid, we expected much better quality and overall condition.Another issue was the hot water capacity. In the evenings, when others in the complex were showering, the hot water did not last, which was frustrating.While it’s described as being close to Main Street, we found it less convenient than expected due to traffic and having to cross street at busy nearby stoplight.Overall, we felt we paid more than we should have for this unit and would not choose to stay here again.

Location is excellent. You can ski the 4o’clock straight from the top of the mountain to the room. The bus pickup that takes you right to the gondola is across the street. You right next to the downtown area for shopping, and ski rentals are across the street.

Everything starts with communication and they were attentive and quick to answer questions that resulted in seamless check in and use of the facilities. Location location location! Hot tub access literally out the front door. Truly walking distance to the gondola saved parking. Minutes to grocery store. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with split areas so almost like 4. Functions humidifiers for bedrooms, and quick and easy gas fireplace. Ski locker out the front door! Last but not least write this down! Truly ski to the front of the place off 4 o’clock trail. I’ve always been skeptical of these claims and even under this years low snow pack,I skied to front of the building with zero threat to my skis. So we saved parking and everyone could end their day at their pace. When I kicked my skis off the first evening I sent pics to a laundry list of pals those on and off slope of what this luxury means and how it feels to be enjoying refreshments and not dealing with loading and unloading a parked vehicle. , time, hassle, nuff said.

The location was absolutely perfect but the accommodations were not exactly what we'd expected, since the photo makes the unit look so pristine. The website indicates remodeled but should indicate partially remodeled. The kitchen and bathrooms, yes. Everywhere else, no. The sofa sits so low, you may as well be on the floor and was not comfortable at all. The smoke alarm is extremely touchy. We made toast the first two days and set if off. Nothing was burning or smoking. Made toast outside the rest of the time. Same with a frozen pizza in the oven. Not even halfway done and it set the alarm off. Every single step the folks above us made, we could clearly hear, even when the TV was on, and it caused a whole lot of squeaking. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken and not able to close completely. And the carpet needs a good shampooing, to say the least. It probably should be replaced. Again, not what we'd expected. Lesson learned. We will hopefully find a nicer place when we return.

Convenient walking to Main, nice place

Three ladies stayed for 2 nights during Breck's "mud season" in May. The place was clean and neat. Was a great stay for us. Bring sugar, coffee, etc. Nothing like that there. Or the City Market is a quick drive.

Great ski condo

Great condo perfect for 2-4 people. Location is excellent. You can take the 4 o’clock run all the way to the condo at the end of the day. Short walk to downtown Breck. Main office staff were great. Two hot tubs for condo were barely used and nice at the end of the day. Would stay here again.

Great Location

We stayed here for our annual brother's ski trip. The location of this property could not be better. Busses run right outside the front door to get up to the mountain and you can ski home via 4 O'clock run. Additionally, you are a short walk to downtown. The unit itself is good. We didn't cook in any nights, so I can't comment on how well stocked the kitchen is. The furniture is adequate, and the beds were comfortable. Most importantly, everything was clean. We would stay here again.

the location was ok, not ski in and ski out that is only 50% correct you have to take a bus to the gondola. all the furniture is college dorm quality at best, finishes are ok but not anything as described.you can hear the people upstairs walking around the floor above squeaks when ever people move, very annoying.overall horibly over priced compared to the discription.

Nicely remodeled unit and fully stocked with everything needed. Management company was responsive to our call regarding the pilot light being out on the fireplace. As mentioned previously, the sofa is terrible. Much too low and causing back pain. Area is great.

Fell short

We’ve been coming to Breck for years and this stay was disappointing. Location is perfect and the property is nice but the condo furnishings were a disappointment. One of the two queen beds was tilted and the mattress was terrible. Several of the pillows were well used and the sheets dingy. Shower floors were made with river stone??? Tough on the feet. Kitchen was missing some essentials. And finally, the convertible sofa was very low to the ground and extremely uncomfortable to sit in. Maybe if we were only there to ski we could look past all of this but we were here visiting family. Won’t come back here.

Great place - close to main street

Overall our stay was incredible. Location was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. Location was clean and amenities were great. Located close to main street and it was wonderful just being able to walk everywhere. Only downside was you could hear people upstairs when they moved around - including the cleaners. My family literally sang along with music from upstairs because it was so audible. Other than that little hiccup, everything was great. We will probably be back.

Started with terrible glitch; place was not cleaned and beds upended. Call to management was rapidly handled; replacement unit (larger) opened within 30 minutes (it was nighttime).
