Your perfect mountain getaway! If you’re looking for a beautiful home with gorgeous Mountain Views, a private mountain pond, & just 2 miles from downtown Breckenridge then look no further! This cabin has it all. Surrounded by the pine and aspen trees, this home offers you the comfort and feel of mountain living and the convenience of the town of Breckenridge and all its amenities. Enjoy the open downstairs area with updated kitchen and spacious yet cozy living room with wall to wall windows that boast an unparalleled view of the mountains and pristine lake. Bask in the mountain view while having your morning coffee out on the deck and wind down your day of skiing or hiking in the hot tub. This 3 bedroom, two bath home is stocked with everything you might need, including cooking and dining utensils and linens. Other amenities include-complimentary wi/fi, washer and dryer, hot tub, lake access, gas grill, expansive deck with mountain views, keypad entry and parking for 3 vehicles. This is the perfect retreat for families or groups up to 9 people.

Wonderful cabin with a great view! Located just close enough to Breck, but lovely being in a less crowded area. Cabin was clean, comfortable, and fit our family well. We also enjoyed having use of the sleds. We appreciated the snow removal crew, too. Thank you, Bryce, for a wonderful stay.

Great Cabin & Location

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at the cabin. Exactly as advertised, great amenities, peaceful, and the host was very proactive with communication and responding to any questions. We also had the opportunity to watch wildlife including four moose out on the water from the comfort of the living room. Will definitely keep on the top of our list the next time we come back to Breck.

Blue River Ski House

The location and house were great! We did have an issue with the wood burning stove not working correctly but this did get resolved after a few weeks. We were there for a month and I would say that the house was really not set up for long stays as there were no dressers and only 4 mugs and 4 wine glasses. There were plenty of plates, silverware and utensils. The view from the house was beautiful and it was very convenient to drive to the gondola at Breckenridge each time we went skiing. There is really nothing to walk to so I highly recommend a car. This would be a great house for a long weekend.

Beautiful place and surroundings!

Our host was very responsive and made this stay very easy. The house is stunning and the views amazing! We loved being just outside of the downtown’s activities in this setting. Our family made great use of the hottub looking pver the pond and mountain views. Having our dog with, i loved the quiet road and path for walks.

Fall Breck Getaway

A really great location just a 5 min drive to Main Street Breckenridge. The house is well appointed with nice/updated and comfortable decorations and furniture. Was great to have the hot tub to enjoy and it had everything we needed!! Host was easy to connect with as needed. Would recommend and stay again!

The property and surrounding area were beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The home was exactly as described and the host went out of their way to answer questions and ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this home, and keep your eyes out for wildlife, we got to experience a moose right off the deck!

Location can't be beat

Just a few short miles south of Breckenridge, the cabin/house overlooks wetlands. The neighbors are quiet and the skies are dark & filled with stars. Perfect location to unwind and relax. This property is a gem.

Majestic views

We booked this rental for our 2024 spring break trip. Everyone had a fantastic time. We loved the hot tub, location of the property and the interior decorations. The view is magical and we loved the openness of the space. Owners have a crew scheduled to shovel and plow the driveway and walk areas, which was perfect because we ended up getting a lot of snow during our trip. My favorite area was the entrance/mud room. This area is absolutely essential when partaking skiing. The area is spacious and well designed. We would definitely book this rental again.

Great place!

Great location and place! Very close to the ice rink that has free parking shuttles to Breck. The place is clean, spacious, well stocked with kitchen items, and has amazing views of the mountains through the many windows.

Beautiful Setting

We truly loved this place. The scenery and layout is open space is absolutely incredible. The large windows look out of the beautiful little pond and large mountains in the background. You feel like you are truly out in the woods yet it is only 5 minutes to downtown Breck. Only downside is that the downstairs bedrooms are pretty cramped. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need.
