This house offered EVERYTHING that we needed. It was my husband, myself, my daughter, her husband and my two grandsons. Upstairs offers a nice master bedroom with king bed and beautiful on suite bathroom and nice roof top hot tub. (My grandsons loved that) The main floor offers a very comfy sectional, gas fireplace, beautiful kitchen, dining table that seated 8, half bath and mud room off the spacious heated 2 car garage that easily fit the Suburban we rented. There is also a porch with gas grill and absolutely stunning views of the ski slopes and gondola. Downstairs was another master bedroom with king bed and beautiful on suite bathroom and 2nd bedroom with queen/twin bunkbeds with access to another full bath. Downstairs also offers a comfy sectional with queen pull out bed and a loveseat with another pull out bed. Would easily sleep 10. The house is an easy walk to City Market, downtown and the gondola. Very convenient to just about everything.

Breckenridge EZ Gondola Access

We loved our stay at this home. Although it could easily be reached via walking, we shuttled to the gondola and parked. EZ peezy! The hot tub was awesome, the bedrooms were very nice, the kitchen and living area were large and inviting. I will definitely stay here again if and when our schedule permits.

The joy of accurate reviews.

First, I maintain a clean home, and I want to rent clean homes. We rent larger homes for our family a couple of times a year. I always read all the reviews and have been disappointed when the reviews say the property is so clean only for us to walk into a home that is not clean. We did not have to clean a thing in this property prior to unpacking. Great job to the cleaning crew. It was only two of our families this trip and the size as well as the layout of this property was perfect for the six of us. Since we range in age from 5 to 76, the gondola was to far of a walk. However, it was a 5 minutes drive from leaveing the garage to the drop off and pick-up point. We could see the gondola from the rental and it was very convenient. Ryan made everything easy from beginning to end. It would be a pleasure to work with him again.

Breck Family Getaway

The home was beautiful, very clean, and kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed! The kids enjoyed hanging out on lower level! We could walk to all the restaurants and shopping on Main St. The 2 negatives were the traffic noise, the home backs up to Main St which is heavily traveled! You do not see the road in posted pics. There is no air conditioning so upstairs in July was warm even with the windows open.

Spring Break Getaway

Great location to skiing and downtown shopping, as well as restaurants. 10-20 minute drive to tubing, snowmobiling and dog sledding. Enjoyed day trip to Keystone. Walking distance to gondola, Nordic center for cross country & snow shoe. House as clean and comfortable for 4 adults and two kids.

Amazing friend vaca

We had an amazing experience staying at this house. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the home, location to Main Street and gondola, kitchen being completely stocked with everything you’ll need, and responsiveness of our host. We had a few minor problems but Ryan was able to address them right away. One minor note: if you’re planning to use either the pullouts, it’s not a great experience for adults. The beds are falling apart but Ryan hooked us up with an air mattress right away. Otherwise, this house is darn near perfect. If we come back to Breck we will rent again!

Beautiful property. Ryan was available for questions/problems. we followed the "rules of the house" very carefullly, because clearly everyone else has been taking care of the property and it is really immaculate. I especially liked the private location of the hot tub.

Very nice updated property with comfortable beds!

Great location and comfortable space. Would stay here again. Only negative was we felt the dishes/cups number was lacking and we only ate one meal a day at the house.
