This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to eight. Walking into the living area, you’ll be impressed by the comfortable furniture, beautiful river rock gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, as well as all the gear you’ll need to whip up a home cooked meal. And there’s plenty of room for everyone with six places at the dining room table and four more at the kitchen counter.

You’ll love being just across the street from downtown and the free shuttle to take you around town or to the lifts year-round! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Hassle Free Ski Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient to catch the bus to the ski lifts and at the end of the day you can ski down and just walk across the street. The unit was also a short walk into town. The kitchen was well equipped. We would stay again.

Perfect location for a week in Breck!

The condo was very well laid out with plenty of room and all the things we needed for the week. Easy to get to the lifts, town and easy busy shuttles. Nicely decorated condo and great to have access to the upper pool and hot tubs!

Property was loud due to poor construction- you CAN hear your neighbors upstairs. The property manager was very accessible and quick to remedy any situation. I still feel the place could have used a more deep cleaning process. Just didn’t feel clean the whole time.

Overall the stay was okay. The town and other things made up for the terrible communication and cleanliness of the room. We asked the day before if we could possibly check in a few hours early if the room was ready and we’re told we’d know once the room was ready as soon as it was ready. Well, the owner made us wait EXACTLY until the time of check in, which would normally be fine but we had asked about earlier check in and we’re assured that we could have access to the room once it was ready. It was definitely ready well before then, so it was really annoying. Also there was hair all over one of the showers, the room fans were covered in however many years worth of dust, and the room smelled of strong unpleasant smelling perfume. It’s just not what we were expecting and I prolly won’t be staying with this owner again.

Solid Stay in Breck!

Everything we needed and walking distance to Main St. The walk to closest lift (Snowflake) was uphill which was challenging in ski boots especially for my father who is 70. Otherwise, everything as advertised. Great stay. Would stay again!

Ski In Condo

Checkin process was simple and easy. Had an issue with the fireplace that was resolved within the hour by having someone to the condo to fix it. For those skiing, the bus system is free, has an app to track timing of pickups and there is a stop right across the street. Super convenient location and one stop to the snowflake lift. Ski back down 4 o clock run when you’re done skiing. Two items to note is that you will hear the neighbors above you walking around and the condo was warm even when setting down the thermostat but we would resolve this by opening up the sliding door on the porch for a few minutes.

5 Stars to Summit Mountain Rentals

We have only good things to say about Summit Mountain Rentals. The property was as advertised and perfectly stocked for cooking and comfort. The communication from the team was incredibly prompt and professional and available 24/7. Ashley went above and beyond to help remedy an unfortunate situation we ran into. I can not recommend this property team highly enough.
