This is a top floor condo at the Corral at Breckenridge Condo Complex that sleeps 10 and is a 3 minute walk to town.

3 bedroom plus a Loft / 3 bath condo on the top floor, sleeps 10, amazing mountain views, fantastic location, 7 minute walk to lift & 3 minutes to main street. Heated floors are perfect in the winter plus a gas fireplace.

The space
Excellent location in the Corral at Breckenridge. 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom + loft is perfect for family and friends. Top floor unit in a well maintained complex is the perfect getaway for vacation.
Amenities in complex include: large shared hot tub, shared room with pool table, ping pong, foosball, sauna and gym.

Master bedroom 2nd floor (sleeps 2): King bed with ensuite bathroom, 50 inch smart TV with Comcast

The Corral at Breckenridge is perfectly located at the south end of Main Street near all the shops, restaurants, and the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9. This unit has a Western decor and 9' ceilings, granite countertops, gas fireplaces, full kitchens, free WiFi and spacious floorplans. Private patio overlooking the mountains. One car private garage plus parking for another car right outside the condo. On site amenities at The Corral offers our guests outdoor hot tubs, exercise room, steam sauna, and game room with foosball, ping pong and billiards. The Corral at Breckenridge offers guests everything they could ask for and more!

Justin was a great communicator. Location was amazing, easy walk into Main Street and the free shuttle bus to get around the resort. Condo was warm and cozy, it was a great space for a family. Everything was catered for. Hot tub was clean and is drained and cleaned on the regular. Would definitely stay here again when we are in Breck!

Right from start, Justin's very prompt responses made us feel very comfortable. The check in was smooth, all instructions were great. Just that we could not adjust the thermostat, made us little hot in tge night. But over all its amazing experience, would recomment all friends to use. The location is really very close to the main street, where everything is happening. Great location.

Great location, property amenities, and views from the deck

We love the location of this condo complex to the downtown shops of Breckenridge, the view from the deck, the shared hot tubs, and the game room. The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms gave us plenty of room for our family of 5 and the kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of box fans that helped cool the condo down as it has no air conditioning. Since it is on the 3rd floor, it is nice that the elevator is close to this condo. Unfortunately, this condo has some maintenance issues that would make it a better rental. The windows are difficult to open with broken handles and screens. Luckily there are hardly any bugs in Breck. The bedding and sheets are not great, but the mattresses itself are comfortable. There are 2 beat up very cheap chairs on the patio that need to be replaced. There was no laundry soap or pods provided, but there was kitchen dishwasher soap. The ceiling fan in the living room did not work also. 3 of the 4 bar stool cushions were ripped. This could be a great rental with some updating and attention by the owner.

Perfect location & great for girls trip

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip and the location could not have been more perfect! We were able to walk most places within 10 mins. It was a colder weekend, so anything further than that we shuttled too (free bus stop being just a 2 min walk away). I think the furthest walk away would have been the breckconnect gondola and it was only 20 mins! Everything else was perfect as well. Great view from the balcony, hot tub was steps away in the complex, and all the appliances were updated. Great space to hangout in the kitchen/living room, too. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place and host

The location was perfect and host was great! Some things, the smell when you walk into the property was weird, and the garbage disposable smell was really bad, also the living room light did not work which was unfortunate. But just was great at responding and is a cozy place!

Great Location but Needs General Maintenance

The property was in a great location near Main Street. It had a great layout and kitchen. However, it’s in need of maintenance, especially the 2nd master suite. The grout in bathrooms need cleaning. The bed linens need to be replaced as do light bulbs and a master bedroom screen. These are simple fixes. The property will be great when it’s completed!

Met, and unmet, expectations

Nice mountain views and good proximity to town; however, located right next to a VERY noisy and busy intersection which can be clearly heard inside the unit. Linens need replacement-king bed in upstairs bedroom was "outfitted" with queen flat sheets (didn't work) and a bed was missing a mattress pad and had blood on pillow. Four windows had missing or broken screens which was a problem for cooling the unit since it was warm during our visit. Unit had plenty of fans and a very well stocked kitchen. Porch has very used plastic chairs.

Good location and amenities

We stayed for 6 days with 2 families, cooked most meals in the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Kids had fun in the hot tub and rec room. Only complaint is the beds are very firm and bouncy - the first night was rough until we found several down comforters and put them under the sheets, after which we slept much better.

Stayed at this condo for 4 nights while we skied three days at Breck. The location is fantastic with an easy 10 minute walk to the Quicksilver Chairlift and a 10-12 minute walk to many fun locations in town.

Great place for a ski trip!

The location is perfect for a getaway to Breckenridge. We had a full family on the trip and there was space for everyone. The heated floors are a nice touch! Easy walk to food options and a convenience store right across the street.

Ski Trip

We rented this home for our family/friend trip December 28-31. Plenty of room for four adults and three young adults. Great location in Breckenridge - easily walkable to all the restaurants and shops downtown. Short walk to chair lift. The host was super responsive to questions. I would definitely return and recommend anyone else looking to visit the Breckenridge area, to check this place out!

Beautiful Mountain View!

Everything was great! Plenty of room for a family of 7 to spread out. Gorgeous views from the porch or relaxing on the couch. Easy walk to Main Street or catch a bus just on the other of the building. Pictures definitely don’t do this place justice!!! Owner super easy to work with from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back in the summer!
