IMPORTANT: This property is available for monthly rentals or longer ONLY, so bring your pet (dogs only) and enjoy this fantastic Breckenridge location, directly off Main Street. $1000.00 Security Deposit Required - refundable upon checkout with no damage reported. Whether it's for an extended Ski vacation or some downtime in the mountains, this property is in a prime location and offers access to everything Breckenridge has to offer. This is not a short-term rental, but rather a longer-term escape that will get you feeling like Breckenridge is your home.

We regret to inform you that the current lobby / laundry facility project is stalled at this time, but you can access the local laundromat located up on French street 4-5 blocks away. Tannhauser no longer offers hot tubs as an amenity.
