 and more charm! Located in Breckenridge’s Historic District, this 19th-century gem has been lovingly restored on the outside and beautifully updated inside. No expense was spared, from the wood and tile floors to the tastefully updated kitchen and baths. And the location? Two blocks Breck’s Main Street, and the shuttle bus literally stop steps from your door. This is the one-of-a-kind retreat you and your group deserve!

Step inside this 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom home and you’ll immediately feel the care — and quality of materials and design — put into Plum Cottage. It’s fabulous for groups of up to seven guests! A glass tiled fireplace, a gorgeous leather couch, comfy overstuffed chairs and wall-mounted flat-screen TV welcome you to the living area. Vaulted ceilings and expansive windows provide a light, airy, spacious feel. The home is furnished with several amazing and unique vintage pieces, but styled in an ultra-cool, city chic manor.

The kitchen is simply stunning. Lavish quartz counter tops, rustic beech custom cabinets, hardwood floors and restaurant-quality stainless steel appliances (including a gorgeous gas range) will satisfy even the most discriminating chef. The vintage, beautifully finished dining table seats six.

Downstairs, the master suite offers a king bed, day bed with a twin trundle, and a stylish, luxurious in-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two extra-long twin beds and its own private bathroom with tub/shower. For more guests, there’s a den upstairs with a sleeper sofa, as well as a third full bathroom. and a washer and dryer.

There’s also a washer/dryer complementary Wi-Fi throughout the home. And as with all SMR properties, all linens and basic toiletries are supplied, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

Property was as described, centrally located in town, very clean, and very well equipped woth anything needed to make it feel like home.We had 4 days of 15" of snow in town and there were folks that came and shovelled which was also very appreciated.If we are back in Breck, it would be hard to feel the need to look elsewhere for our family of 5.

This property has the feel of old charm and the comfort of updated finishes. The location is ideal for walking to restaurants and shops and getting to the mountain is easy on the shuttle. If I could buy the place, I would.

A plum of a cottage

We loved our stay at Plum Cottage. An adorable little cottage close to everything in Breckenridge. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms are compact but comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great Location!!

The location of the house was the best part about it! Two blocks from Main St. We walked everywhere and only used our car one day when we wanted to drive and explore. There were a few hiccups with the cleanliness. It appeared the cleaners left dishes in the dishwasher and towels in the washer from the previous tenants. However, the host was extremely responsive when notified of the situation and offered to have the cleaners come and clean what was left. We would absolutely book this property again in the future.

Walking distance to everything! Having a full kitchen was wonderful, and was a perfect spot for 3 people. The house was somewhat small and the living room setup wasn't super ideal for gathering and watching movies, but overall the house was adorable, comfy and in a great location!
