Our owner managed condo is in the small Snodallion complex is a gorgeous fully renovated, street level, 2 bedroom/1 bath end unit, in the perfect location - close to lift AND close to main street. We use the condo ourselves and stay on top of the all little details that management companies overlook. We are on Peak 9 in the Columbine Neighborhood. Although it is a smaller 2 bedroom unit, it feels much larger due to the thoughtful and highly custom design. This property is perfect for the small family or group that wants 2 separate bedrooms and 2 regular comfortable beds (no sofa sleepers here).

Location was amazing right next to the lift and a short walk into the village. We had the unfortunate luck of really awful ski conditions, and the lift right next to the condo getting shut down one day after our arrival. But easy access into town helped us still enjoy the beauty and energy of Breckenridge. Condo is a little small for four people
 At least when the kids are full grown teenagers. But it still was very nicely equipped, extremely clean, and comfortable. My hope is to return another season when the snow piles!!

We could not have asked to stay in a better place in Breck. Easy walk to the ski lift and downtown. Very clean and everything we needed to cook our own meals, including a crockpot to start chili before heading out to ski. Such a great location. We will definitely return.

This fantastic very clean property is in the perfect location! Walking distance to the Main Street of Breckenridge. It was exactly what we were looking for while relaxing for the weekend. Scott, the property manager, was great and easy to contact. Gave us great instructions as well as fabulous suggestions on places to eat in the area. If you are planning for a trip this is a great place!!

This was a well placed condo close to shopping and restaurants. The space is very tight. Two people cannot be in the kitchen at the same time. The kitchen sink does not have a garbage disposal. Some kitchen necessities need to be added such as additional bowls for serving. Both bedrooms have the max bed possible and it is very tight. It was clean and worked for us because we had just the two of us. When you come, don't forget to bring your reusable shopping bags because the town charges you for any bags you need for your items. You cannot find individual bottled water in that town either, so buy some before you get to Breck or you will be stuck getting the large containers to share. The bathroom sink did not drain well and the master bedroom carpet is stained and needs replacing. In bad weather, the underground garage would be nice. The front door lock was great so you didn't have to carry a key. The flowers throughout the town were amazing!
