If you are looking for clean, modern, two level condo in a beautiful neighborhood, look no further. Super nice and spacious, on the third floor, building with an elevator. Gas fireplace. Both bedrooms have their own TV. Vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom and large balcony. Full kitchen with stainless steal appliances. In-unit washer and dryer. Free parking and no resort fees. Gym and sauna in the building. Close to everything: 7 minutes to Gondola, 8 minutes to Frisco. Free town shuttle.

You have found the ideal place for your next family vacation! Highland Greens Lodge is a very nice place, built in the mountain style. It's a great location for everything Summit County has to offer, whether you are planning to visit in the winter or in the summer. The Gondola and our charming historic Main Street with many quaint shops and enticing restaurants is just a short drive away. Breck Free Ride Bus Stop is on right on the Tiger Road. During the winter season, you can take advantage of the free private shuttle as well, it would take you to the Gondola and Beaver Run. Frisco Bay Marina is just about 10 minutes away. Breckenridge Golf Course is pretty much just across the street. The bike path is only two blocks away.
Walk through the double door to the welcoming lobby, with a warm fire in the stone fireplace. Your vacation is starting! You will feel right at home when you enter the condo. The open main floor with full kitchen, dining table for 4 and living room with comfortable seating, gas fireplace and TV for a movie or your favorite live TV show. The separate bedroom has a comfy double over double bunk bed and a closet for your belongings. Just next to the bedroom is a bathroom with a shower/tub combo with toiletries. From the living room, you can walk out on a private deck with two chairs and a table, where you can sip your morning coffee. The stairs by the main floor take you to the main suite upstairs. Vaulted bedroom with a queen bed with warm plush bedding, sitting area, walk in closet and a large bathroom. Her and his sink, separate shower and soaking tub to enjoy after your adventures.
Main Level:
Kitchen: Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a number of great restaurants here in Breckenridge, but you also have the option to cook your own meals and enjoy them in your home away from home.

Living Room: Gas fireplace. 48" TV with live channels.

Bedroom: Double over double bunk bed. TV. The top bunk bed is for children only please.

Bathroom: Full bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Large Private Balcony accessible from the living room and second bedroom.

Upper Lever:
Master Bedroom: Queen bed. 55" TV with live channels. Vaulted ceilings.

Bathroom: Ensuite. Full bathroom with double sink countertop, a tub and a shower.

Washer and Dryer. Nice oversized Maytag washer and dryer in the hallway upstairs.

Internet. Free wi-fi throughout the condo.

Amenities. On site gym will help you keep up with your fitness goals. Or relax in the sauna after your day on the slopes.

Oversized private ski locker room in the end of the hallway for all your gear.

Shuttle Service. The private shuttle is operated during the winter months (limited service in the beginning and end of the season) and it departs every hour from 8am-5pm. It stops right in front of the lodge and will take you to Beaver Run, Village, or Gondola.

Colorado Trail (section 6 and 7) is just a short walk away. Enjoy your walk as you breathe in the crisp mountain air.

Parking. Free parking for 1 car in front of the Lodge. No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed.

Getting Around. Drive, take advantage of the private shuttle or ride Green Route of Breck Free Ride town shuttle.

Daniel was personable and very responsive to our needs. He was willing to be flexible with our arrival (early due to snowstorm). One needed item was missing on our arrival and Daniel quickly remedied it. The place was spotless, no unpleasant odors. The kitchen was well appointed with minimal staples. Laundry soap available if we had anything we needed washed. The heated floors felt luxurious in the morning!

So cozy and clean !!

The place was super clean and modern . It has a great location just a few minutes from downtown Breckenridge. It was very quiet easy to relax with a nice little deck. We stayed here for my son’s USASA national championship competition . The drive to Copper Mountain was easy and quick. Great memories and my son won the gold medal and became the US champ. Thanks so much Daniel for creating a relaxing atmosphere for my son to have fun and stay focused.!!

Perfect Location and Amenities!

Forget ski in/ski out! This location is perfect for reaching the slopes. Free shuttle and busses take you wherever you need. The condo itself was beautiful and clean, and filled with every amenity desired. The host was very helpful.

A Perfect Family Getaway!

Wow! This place was perfect for our little family getaway! Very nice, very quiet complex with easy access to Breckenridge. Only a five minute drive into town. The interior was modern and updated. We had more than enough room with the master suite located upstairs. Large full size bunk beds for our boys were perfect. We used the fireplace every night! We were also able to do a small load of laundry after a fun day at the rec center pool. Also the bottle of wine and chocolates awaiting us on the counter was a lovely and unexpected gift! No complaints, we had everything we needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great condo and owners!!

This was a great condo. It was clean and we loved the heated floors! It's just a few minutes from Breckenridge or Frisco, so you can easily go to either town. The owner was in constant communication with us before, during, and after our trip. So just a great condo overall! The chocolates and wine upon arrival were such a nice surprise!!

Great place to stay at Breckinridge

The property is great for a small family or two couples. It’s described accurately and the checkin/checkout process is very easy to follow. Daniel is really good about communication with guests. Covid 19 restricted access to the hot tub and gym but if that is restored I Would definitely come back and stay again.
