Whether you’re here for the skiing, the nightlife, shopping, hiking, mountain biking or any of the other reasons to visit Breckenridge, everything is within walking distance of this condo! Imagine hopping on the gondola in the morning and skiing right to your condo in the afternoon. Then, stroll downtown to your favorite restaurants and shops on Main Street. You and your group will love this place!

This well-appointed and perfectly located condo sleeps up to ten people. Located in the heart of Breckenridge, you’re one block from downtown and either a short two block walk from the gondola, or you can hop on the free shuttle that stops right in front of the complex. Cozy up in the living room with a large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. Plus, there’s a family room with a pool table, gaming table and another large flat-screen TV – or enjoy your own private sauna!

The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, plus all the gear you’ll need to whip up aprùs-ski snacks or a full family meal! The dining area has a dining room table that seats eight, and there’s room for six more at the kitchen island. There are multiple decks with panoramic views. The Sawmill Creek complex also features two shared hot tubs and a shared gas grill next to a grassy picnic area.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the condo, private washer and dryer, basic toiletries, and fresh linens. As with all Summit Mountain Rentals properties, each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24-hours a day to ensure your stay is comfortable and worry free.

Es el segundo ves que quedamos en ese apartamento y si tiene cosas muy buenas el espacio estĂĄ perfecto son 3 cuartos y el loft estĂĄ muy grande para 4,personas, nada mĂĄs hay dos baños ese puede ser complicado, la cocina estĂĄ muy completa, y dos salas un con mesa de billar que usamos mucho y el otro es mĂĄs cozy con television y su chimenea, el master cuarto tiene su baño y cama king la cama estĂĄ muy bien, el cuarto con dos camas matrimoniales necesita cambiar los estĂĄn incĂłmodos y la base no estĂĄn estables, cuarto 3 que tiene cama queen estĂĄ bien y el loft la cama doble estĂĄ bien los de individuals pueden ser mejores, los primeros dos noches no estaba listo los jacuzzi, y un queja que fue muy molesto es que tiene nosotros todos los comidas preparadas para usar la asador BBq y no estaba donde estaba el año pasado y mandamos mensaje para saber donde estĂĄn y contestaron el Ășltima noche fue 4 noches que no pude usar, aparte de eso es un gran casa bueno locaciĂłn caminando a Main Street so dos stops a peak 9 y cuando hay buena nevada puedes llegar por 4 O’clock run esquiaron, gracias por todo y espero que regreses pronto

This is a large yet cozy home with nice ameneties! A real gas fireplace and large TV's. The kitchen and many bedrooms are well appointed and the pool table was a blast for my grand daughters! I would love to stay there again!

The property was very spacious with views of 4 different sides making it the perfect place to watch the sunset. Also had everything we needed to make dinner and to mix drinks in the blender. The location was spot on. Walking distance into town and even the grocery store . Always had a parking spot in the tight outdoor parking area. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Could use a little upkeep but great ski trip location

Our family of 4 stayed there for a ski vacation. The unit was perfect for that: top floor, spacious, great views of the mountains, can ski right to the building and to get to the closest lift, just pick up a shuttle directly in front of the building...all at a reasonable price. Suggestions: the unit can use updating throughout, upkeep, and minor repairs such as broken light shade over pool table, better seal around door from family room to deck, some light switches acting up, etc. Our biggest suggestion would be to install a remote blind on the upper window in master BR, as it was so bright in there when the sun came up, my wife and I actualy had to move into another bedroom. The upper loft sleeping area is really cool but would also suggest some sort of blinds or light blocking curtains there, as well. All said and done, we had no regrets staying there, as it helped shape a great family ski vacation.

This is a great condo it’s a bit dated some of the beds need to be changed there way to soft, we were a group of 9 and there’s just 9 cups , could use a few more , some of the pots and pans weren’t cleaned well ,and under the beds not cleaned in while I only found out the day I left just checking to see if I missed anything, small things, but we loved our stay ski in easy and nice to walk to Main Street I love the pool table and we used the sauna was so nice , thank you for having us â˜ș

Incredible stay

We stayed at this home for an Anniversary getaway with friends. The house was perfect for the 3 couples. We each had our own area. The manager was amazing to work with and the home was lovely. We will definitely stay again!!

CO vacation

We really enjoyed renting this property. It has a lot of space to allow our family of 6 to spread out and relax during our vacation. Overall we were very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the pool table and playing games, puzzles etc during our downtimes. This unit has two living areas with tvs and comfortable couches, even had a sauna which the boys enjoyed using. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials needed to cook, however they were older pans and utensils as you’d expect in most rentals. The location is perfect to enjoy hikes on the trails as well as just a few block walk to the downtown. The overall condo was a little dated decor but was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone and would definitely rent again. Thank you,

This was a great spot for a weekend trip with friends. Close to Main Street, bus stops, and ski-in from 4 O’clock. Condo is a little dated, but spacious and perfectly adequate for those who value location over updates. Would certainly recommend.

Great location, size and price!

We had a great stay at this condo. Our group of 7 had plenty of room to spread out and the place was super cozy. Some things are dated, for sure, but for the price and the location we were fine with it! Also, the place is nicer in person than pictured. Location was perfect for walking to Main Street and easily getting to the slopes. If you plan on using the loft it’s important to know that there’s no sound privacy between that space and the master suite. You can hear each other clearly while speaking at a normal volume. Also, the shower heads in the master bath need replaced. Other than the shower head, I have no complaints and would 100% stay here again!

Perfect location!

The location is perfect! Easy walk to gondola to go up on the mountain, or easy walk to main st for dinner/lunch/shopping. The space is well set up. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, or comfy furniture to curl up with a family movie! The kitchen is very well stocked and plenty of seating for all. Our group of 6, ages 7-76, really enjoyed our stay!
