This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is perfect for families or groups of up to eight. It’s located near the south end of Breckenridge on Highway 9 near the Breckenridge Ice Rink – a great choice for a fun family outing – or, take the easy stroll to Main Street. It’s even a short walk to see Isak Heartstone, Breck’s large-scale, wooden troll sculpture!

The large, open living room welcomes you as you enter; you’ll love the beautiful gas fireplace and flat-screen TV. There are two expansive balconies located off the living room and master bedroom with spectacular views of the ski slopes and Baldy Mountain. Of course, there’s a fully equipped kitchen with seating for eight at the dining table.

We loved our stay here! Easily fit 6 adults. Walkable to town or can easily take the bus which was super helpful for bringing ski gear to and from the mountain. Lots of kitchen utensils, towels, and gorgeous view. Would recommend!

Great for a friends getaway!

This condo was perfect for my group of college friends. All 8 of us had comfortable beds to sleep in, and there were even 2 foldable cots if people didn’t want to share beds. The hot tub/clubhouse wasn’t crowded and available to use. We had a few maintenance issues throughout the week but the texting service with the leasing office was convenient to use to place work orders. I knocked off one star because of the issues we faced, and the fact the dining chairs were falling apart. The cleaning crew will kick you out exactly at 10am (even if your ride is stuck in town in traffic) so just beware and make sure you plan to leave before checkout. All in all, comfortable place for a large group, and great location for flexibly getting to the slopes and to town!

Tired condo needs work

The layout of the condo is fine but we had numerous issues with our stay. Location is good next to shuttle bus. The fireplace never worked despite multiple visits from the maintenance service. The balcony door was difficult to close and froze shut on the first night with an open gap that made the apartment freezing cold. The heating system is VERY noisy and kept turning on and off which kept us up at night. Linen (or just the pillows) was smelly and the floor needed a good vacuum. The management company did their best to assist and we’re responsive however some of the issues were too difficult to resolve during our stay. I wouldn’t stay here again.

A little rough but suitable

Easiest way to put it is it was suitable. It was just sort of run down and dirty (floors, cabinets) Pros: It was a nice little property with its own bus stop to go to the lifts. Spacious Nice views of the hill and the valley Modern amenities Cons: There were several things that did not work that were more annoying than anything. The fireplace did not work (they did come out quickly to fix it but as soon as they left it stopped working again). Hot tube would only heat to 83 F and the "Club House" was a wreck. Beds. Check these carefully. I did not and my wife and I had to sleep on separate twin beds. Not great on a vacation. It only had one queen bed out of three bedrooms. Required us to run the dish washer but had no detergent. When we asked for some they said we had to go into to town and come get some. Not a huge deal but kind of showed the class of the place.

Very nice apartment, very well equipped, good communication from Summit Rentals. A little far away from the center and grocery store. There's a bus that takes you there and to the slopes but it's a little long circuit. If you are willing to walk it could be a better alternative

Very practical and enjoyable family spot in the heart of Breck!

My family and I stayed at this property for a quick weekend getaway to see some of the fall foliage and loved our stay. Everything was fantastic! The only suggestion I’d offer would be to have some instructions around how to operate/regulate the heating element in the bunk bed room. Our family staying there said it was just too hot and it didn’t seem to be directly controlled by the central HVAC thermostat. However, not a huge issue and we loved our stay. Thank you!

We had a great time in Breckenridge, and this property was perfect for the needs of my family. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals. Three bedrooms were perfect for my family of 5. Everything was clean and well kept. It was a short walk down to Main Street. My only suggestion for the owner is to get a grill for the balcony. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great Breckenridge location!

Kitchen is well stocked, plenty or room to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Bus to ski lifts was convenient. Could use a little updating of furniture (couches are not the most comfortable). Enjoyed our stay!
