SkiWatch Condominums is located directly on the slopes of Peak 8, above Grand Colorado , so you never have to miss first runs on a powder day. Ski directly from your front door to the ‘Rocky Mountain’ and ‘Colorado’ Superchairs for a quick ride up the mountain; then ski back in for lunch before finishing your day in our luxurious slope side hot tubs and sauna. Or take a day off and ride the BreckConnect Gondola into town where you’ll find charming shops, luxurious spas, and gourmet restaurants. Additionally, a free shuttle bus stop is within 100 yards of the building, with access to all 4 Breckenridge ski areas and connections to Vail, Copper Mountain, Keystone and A-Basin. With high-speed chair lifts, ski schools, rental shops, childcare, and more all at your doorstep, Skiwactch Condominiums is the perfect place to experience all that Breckenridge has to offer.

Once you’re here, there’s plenty of room to relax in this beautifully renovated condominium. The spacious great room features a gas fireplace, cathedral ceilings with a clearstory, and plush leather couches that provide you with a rustic home away from home feeling. A modern 40” LCD TV with cable and DVR lets you record any shows or games you don't want to miss while you're on the slopes, and the Play Station 3 with complementary Netflix (bring your own games) provides plenty of entertainment options for you and your kids as you relax and unwind. Adjoining the great room is a large balcony that has spectacular views of the surrounding mountains overlooking ‘Dukes Run’, and you can even see the ‘Freeway’ half-pipe through the bedroom windows. The gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and dishwasher is a chef’s dream and will enable you to prepare delicious meals to be savored at the 8 person seating table. If you need some extra space, the building’s common area is right next door, providing you with a quiet and comfortable setting with which to catch up on work while you’re away. The building also features 2 slopeside hot tubs, a Finnish sauna, and an exercise room that will help you stay fit for your next day’s adventures.

When you’re worn out from another fun-filled day, 2 comfortable bedrooms are ready and waiting for you, each with 2 plush queen sized beds and their own flat screen televisions. The loft space has 4 additional single beds, providing you with a variety of sleeping arrangements to accommodate up to 12 guests. Each of the two bathrooms have deep soaking tubs with fully tiled showers, affording everyone with the ability to get ready quickly in the mornings or relax in privacy after a long day.

Although this may be the perfect winter rental, it’s also a great place to enjoy all year round. Being on the mountain affords you easy access to hiking, biking, horseback riding, 4 wheeling and fishing. The Peak 8 base also has a summer adventure space for kids, including a gold run coaster, alpine slide, rock climbing wall, zip-line, walkthrough maze and bungee jumping trampoline. You can even rent a boat and go sailing on nearby Lake Dillon.

Skiwatch is one of the best locations on the Mountain. The units at Skiwatch are a little older but the location makes up for it and is one of my favorite places to stay. Having hot tubs literally steps off the trail is great to relax and see the skiers in action.

Very Nice Place

We love this location on the slopes with the ski in/out available. Nothing against the owners, but this is our second year in this building and both times the water has been shut off for a period of time. This time was inconvenient because we could not get the dishes washed before we departed the condo. We feel badly that we didn't get that done for the owner and the cleaning team.

Easy ski-in/out access with large slope side lockers so you never have to lug any gear. Walk out
ski directly to any of the 3 lifts at peak 8 base. And easy to get back to from any number of runs. Tons of sleeping space. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Laundry room for the building easily accessible and never had a problem finding open machines. Definitely a top location for any ski trip to Breck

Great location, communicative host

The location is tough to beat, better than 99% of places available at Breck. True ski in and out on a real slope and access to the four main peak 8 lifts directly. Skip the gondola and snowflake lift and head straight up the hill. And since it is a smaller development, no long walk to your ski in/out access, the hill is right there. Our Ford Explorer with a roof box was too tall for the garages but we were able to make alternative on site parking arrangements with the property manager. The host answered a number of questions throughout the week, great communication!

Awesome property

Travelled with 3 adult children to Breckenridge from Iowa. True ski-in ski-out property. Our first time with them his type of lodging and it was a game changer! Loved the convenience. Great view, great beds, nice bathrooms, cozy ambience. Hope to stay again next year! My only problem was with the altitude
went to an oxygen bar and also bought some “canned oxygen” and that helped quite a bit:)

We had an amazing stay - everything exceeded our expectations. Love the location, the building, and the unit. We will definitely be back and stay here again! One note for very beginner skiers, it’s located off a blue run. It’s an easy, short walk from a green run, but only true “ski in” from a blue. Luckily with lessons, our kids mastered the blues pretty quickly so we could all ski in. So convenient!!!

Ideal location

This property is clean, has an excellent location for ski-in/ski-out with convenient large ski lockers. Kitchen has all you could need, plus spices, ziplocks and tinfoil! Super easy to come in for lunch every day. We had a party of 7, including 5 teens and the property worked well. This property is older, but it has a great view and location. Things to note: if your vehicle is over 6'4", you will not be able to park in the garage. Additionally, the road that the condo is on isn't maintained for snow and is steep at the top, so rear-wheel vehicles may struggle depending on weather. The lock-box for the key is a bear but patience and a light touch will get it open. Also, the property manager is a skier, so don't expect his help if the lifts are open. We really enjoyed our stay and the condo is nicer than the pictures indicate.

Such a great location. True ski in ski out. Wonderful, very large ski locker. Great kitchen., well stocked. Very clean. Easy check in process. Great garage with 2 parking spots. Don’t forget quarters and detergent for laundry about $4 a load but is very fast and convenient. Great work and study space right next to the unit. Condo had everything we needed except comfortable beds. The mattresses are super thick memory foam that you deeply sink into and offer no support. I’m not picky about a mattress. I’m thin and fit and this is the only mattress I’ve ever really disliked. Such a bummer because it’s a great condo otherwise. If only they had normal mattresses I would give this condo 10/10. Be careful as well as the owner is already advertising “new mattresses”. If you book here you may want to check if they are the existing memory foam mattresses as of 1/2023. We would love to stay here again but unfortunately we’ll have to move on to another unit because of the poor sleep in this condo. Note all 4 mattresses are the same. (Mattresses in the loft were normal/fine)
