AMENITIES – With three bedrooms and a spacious living area, the newly built townhome features a contemporary design paired with dramatic views and outstanding amenities. The main level encompasses the main living, dining and kitchen where guests can enjoy the sophisticated ambiance while dining and relaxing together when a big day of the mountain is over. The gourmet kitchen includes top of the line stainless steel Viking Appliances and beautiful granite slab countertops. The outdoor patio area features a gas fire pit with a seating area and a hot tub.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:

The Perfect Holiday!

Thanksgiving in the Mountains!

Our family of 5 had a terrific stay. The house was well-appointed and conveniently located to the town and the gondola was just a couple of blocks away. Beautiful views of the mountains too - if you just wanted to sit by the fire and relax. Would love to return!

A quick getaway

The house was beautiful and felt welcoming. The location was great and convenient to get around town. I had to call the property manager on a few maintenance/repair issues that may have been avoidable prior to our arrival. Over all good it was a good stay.

Great Property

Overall property was great for a family vacation. Location was walking distance to the heart of Main Street, grocery store and to the Peak 8 gondola. Backyard has plenty of room for kids to play in the snow if there in the winter. Hot tub, firepit, and old school Arcarde game provide plenty of entertainment. Property manager communication was also very good and took care of a maintenance issue immediately. Great overall place,

You can walk to the gondola and walk to town then enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a day of mountain fun. The fireplace was not working, but otherwise everything else was superb. The management company is very responsive and fixed the radiant heat in one room where it was not coming on right away. Family PAC-Man and Galaga tournaments were a bonus!

Bad weather, good times

We just so happened to be in town during a polar weather phenomenon lol, BUT, the house was beautiful and comfortable. The home is a short walk to Main Street, which we did get to take advantage of one day. It’s also a short walk to the gondola launch. The house is well stocked. We cooked almost every meal in the kitchen. The project management team is super friendly. We reported the vacuum broken because we wanted to tidy up the house and the owner and project manager brought us a brand new one! That was super generous! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the accommodation!

Perfect Ski Getaway with Stunning Views & Ultimate Convenience!

We had an amazing stay! The owners truly thought of everything to make our ski trip comfortable and stress-free. We stayed for six days with our four boys (ages 9-14) and loved the convenience of this home. The short walk to the BreckConnect gondola made accessing Peaks 7 and 8 a breeze.The views from the home are absolutely stunning, and we loved how easy it was to walk into town to explore restaurants and shops. Ski and board rentals through My Epic were simple, with a convenient location at Peak 8, and they stored our gear overnight—no need to lug everything back and forth.Being so close to the grocery store was a huge plus, and the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy homemade breakfasts and dinners, helping us save on our trip. The heated garage was a game-changer for storing and drying boots overnight and keeping the mess of salt and snow out of the house.As a boy mom, practicality is key, and this home delivered in every way. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Reviewer Comments: GORGEOUS house in a great location with top notch amenities, but the nice details I’m accustomed to finding in an Airbnb property were missing, which gave away that this is a corporate-managed property. I’m not even convinced a family owns the property at all. No help at check in, which was bumpy, and after a long day of travel, it was extremely unpleasant. No explanation for the all-house tech, so that was pretty useless. No instructions for the hot tub or firepit, so use at your own risk. No basic amenities for cooking (salt, pepper, coffee filters). In a home, I’ve become used to a personal check-in w the owner, a welcome basket, basic necessities. Who wants to buy salt and pepper and coffee filters for a few days?
