3 BR, 3 BA Duplex – Dog Friendly – Walk To Shuttle – Mountain Views - Sleeps 10!

This is old-school Breck: rustic, yet very comfortable. It’s a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom duplex in the quiet Warriors Mark neighborhood with room for up to 10 guests — and you can bring the family pup, too! Featuring unobstructed mountain views from the living room and back patio you're sure to make some unforgettable memories at Summit View Chalet. There’s also free bus shuttle stop about a 3-4 minute walk away to take you to downtown Breckenridge, the Peak 9 base area, and the BreckConnect Gondola.

The living area has floor-to-ceiling windows to let in plenty of natural light, as well as leather couches and a rock gas fireplace. Next to that, there’s a den/TV room with a flat-screen TV and board games to keep the kids entertained. Just outside, there’s a deck with outdoor seating and a gas grill. The full kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you’ll need when you’re not taking advantage of Breck’s great dining options. The dining table seats 10.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, three outdoor parking spaces, and complimentary Wi-Fi. And all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Quaint and quiet cabin

This cabin is older, and it shows, but it was the perfect size for our group and had everything we needed. It is located close enough to everything there is to do, but in a very quiet location. We went for walks through the neighborhood after dinner and enjoyed the back deck in the mornings with coffee. The loft area is great for a group of kids, and the water pressure was divine! My only complaint is that the rental company required a third-party processing of payment. I use VRBO for the peace of mind, convenience, and cash back I receive. The communication about this was not in the listing and wasn't clear in their messages. They did check in on us, though, to see if we needed anything.

Unbelievable, gorgeous views of several of the peaks in the 10 mile range from the deck. Gas grill works great. Nice gas fireplace. We had a great time. This unit needs some serious updates though. The bedroom/bathroom in the basement were disappointing with stains on the ceiling tiles, an outdated old bathroom, a ton of wires around the tv
 had clean sheets but they had old blood drops on them and found some hairs in the bed
Kitchen could use some modernizing of cabinets and equipment. Also, the steps going upstairs and downstairs can be dangerous so be careful. Great location that you can walk to downtown from. Check in and checkout were great.

Dug our way out of 2’ of snow using pots and pans because the owners didn’t provide a single shovel. Neighbors were rude and condescending. Saw children shoveling with buckets, didn’t offer a shovel, just yelled we had to move our car. It wasn’t our car, it was the cleaners car. Comforters smelled, lacked soap. Motel vibes.

Great bang for the buck

We were in town to meet up with family and visit our daughter who lives in Breckenridge. There’s lots of far spiffier places in this town but we’re practical folks who prioritize bang for the buck over granite counter tops. Our side of the duplex was nice and cozy, in a very good location and met all our needs for family gatherings including a dog. The property management company was top notch every step of the way and we would definitely stay here again.

Not sure where to begin

First, the outside is ran down and not maintained at all. Neighbors are very trashy- and pretty sure one was selling out of their home (based on the constant come and go traffic). Inside was rustic at best. Main shower had large amounts of red hair on the wall- not even sure how it got there, but regardless it wasn’t clean. We felt less clean after showering. It seemed like the cleaning ppl just swapped sheets and threw up some towels- no cleaning, dusting etc

Daughter's wedding

Our family came in from Ohio and Seattle for our daughter’s wedding. Her wedding flowers were coming to the VRBO so we could assemble them together. At the last minute we discovered the flowers were arriving early so we were allowed to enter the rental a bit early to save her wedding flowers from wilting. Management was super responsive with all questions and very kind!

Fantastic views in a neighborhood. 10 minute walk to town, or convenient to bus stops. Kitchen was fully equipped. Lots of sleeping room, and areas that worked for working remotely.

Breck Snowboarding Trip

My friends and I are all nurses in the Trauma ICU, every year we look for a visually pleasing destination to spend a week away from work. This home was amazing for the 8 of us. Was very cozy with nice views of the falling snow. We were all very comfortable with room to spare. The only minor thing I would change is to place a TV in the main living area above the fireplace mantle so everyone can unwind after a long day on the mountain while having some background noise and something to watch. Other than that I loved this location. Very close to Main St. shops and food. 5-10 minutes away from the parking lot to the Breckenridge ski slope gondola that brings you up to peak 7/8. I would totally stay here again in the future!
