This is it: The best slope access location in Breckenridge! The Peak 9 base area is where it’s at: The ski school, ski shops, restaurants, night life, chairlifts and more are just outside your door. You’ll also have access to the hot tubs, pool, and workout facilities in the Village — and Breck’s Main Street is only steps away. Your group will love the location!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a perfect year-round retreat for families or groups of up to 6 – and since both bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms, it’s also perfect for two couples to share. The living area has a large flat-screen TV, comfortable furnishings and a wood fireplace; it’s the perfect place to relax with your group after a long day of skiing, mountain biking, or exploring historic Main Street Breckenridge. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, as well as all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from aprùs-ski snacks to full mountain meals. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has room for six at the dining room table, as well as three seats at the counter.

This condo offers easy access to skiing and downtown Breckenridge, and you’ll love the hotel amenities like a shared hot tub, underground parking, and gym facilities. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- Master suite: King bed, private bathroom with walk-in tile shower and 2 sinks, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)
- Suite 2: queen bed, queen-over-queen bunk bed, private bathroom with tub/shower, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 4)
- Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Pets/Smoking.
- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski in ski out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Breckinridge village

We love the location. Easy access to peak 9 and 10. Great parking and easy to walk or drive into town. This unit is just a bit dated. They renovated the bathrooms but all fixtures are inexpensive and poorly installed. It’s not the owner’s fault necessarily, they did a great job with the master bath update, but the installation of cheap fixtures (and poorly installed) takes away from the effort to upgrade.With that said, the unit is still very nice, comfortable and in an absolutely terrific location. We would go back.

The property is very nice and good location. The rental was not as advertised though. We were told they didn't have onsite parking for us on the second day and we had to move our car. Created a huge hassle and ruined our time and plans. Couldn't find the placeThe digital keys didn't work very well.The room was run down and many hazards.Spa was very nice and the best part of the stay!

Great Stay!

The checking process was a little rocky but the communication was amazing and solution focused. The property was clean, comfortable and close to all the action. With that being said, it was also quiet. The pool and hot tubs were great. The sauna didn’t work but the steam room was decadent! Would totally stay again.

Perfect Location

Location is GREAT! Close to everything!!!! A really nice set up for families! The only negative would be, when we arrived after a 10 hour trip our virtual card would not work, when someone finally responded they made us drive to a lock box, then the key cards didn't work, a long story but we finally received access to our condo, And when you leave you have to take the key cards back to another location. There should be a drop box in every building! Also the parking is VERY TIGHT!!!!!!!

Could use some improvement

Overall a nice unit, but we had a number of issues during our stay. The carpet was long overdue for a cleaning and was matted and very dirty. Also the kitchen is missing many of the basic items you would expect, such as a frying pan and a spatula. Also the fridge is missing some of the glass shelves.

Short walk to Quicksilver lift

Peak 9 has a great lift for kids. the condo is just across the street from community pool, jacuzzi and gym. Also right next to the kids ski instructor area. Great place to stay for families or anyone who skis greens

We really enjoyed this condo, just needed to have a few things corrected. Very hard to figure out how to regulate heat as each baseboard has own thermostat which you need to locate. Also stove top has 1 burner not working and refrigerator missing glass shelf. Once we located the wood we enjoyed the fireplace. We thought the condo had its own laundry which it does not. Had to go to different floor for laundry. Location of condo is close to lifts and walking to village. Underground parking was great perk!!

Wow, the location doesn't get any better than this. You are right next to the lift so we carried our skiis over. And the hot tubs(s) and pool facility were really nice. Overall a great stay.

Just need to get keys to work

Great property, great location. Plenty of room. Living room couches/chairs need to be upgraded. Biggest issue was keys not working. Lost 1/2 day of skiing because my wife got locked out due to her key now working and then mine didn't either. Had to replace all 4 keys the first morning we were there. By the end of the 4 days only 1 key was working..... Other then that a perfect place for skiing.
