This place is a real find! It’s a short 10-minute walk (500 yards) to the Quicksilver Lift and Main Street; plus, the free Breckenridge shuttle bus stops is a 1-minute walk away! It’s spacious and features plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax; you’ll love the private hot tub, too. Your group will thank you for booking it!

Village Point Getaway is a 4-bedroom + den, 3-bathroom spacious townhome that’s perfect for families and groups of up to 12 people. The spacious floor plan seamlessly flows from the kitchen to the living area, where you’ll find a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and comfortable leather seating for taking in a movie or the morning snow report. The kitchen has beautiful counters, stainless-steel appliances, and everything you need to whip up breakfast before hitting the slopes — and memorable mountain dinners, too! There’s seating for six at the dining table, and room for four more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include parking for two vehicles, a full-sized washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi — and don’t forget about that private hot tub! Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Outstanding on All Counts!

The townhome was excellent. Location is very convenient for a short walk to all that Breck has to offer. Check in and out was very easy and much appreciated that we went straight to the unit. Communication was excellent although we didn’t need a thing during our stay. I would rate this as one of the best stays ever for us!

Beautiful Area

This is an amazing property in a really quiet location. Its close to the free bus line, which is huge if you dont want to drive into town and struggle to find parking. The property itself is very nice. The furniture is cozy and there was ample room for the five adults and two kids in our party. We had a ball sitting around big kitchen island and dining room, hanging out in the living room, or just standing in the cool air next to the hot tub on the deck. A couple detractors to this property are first, the stairs. Its a split level townhome with stairs going up to the main floor, more stairs going up to the upper level master, and yet more stairs going down to the lower level where the other bedrooms and bathrooms are. There is a single bedroom on the main floor that has a daybed, but there is no main level bathroom. My elderly mom had a tough time navigating all the stairs, going up and down two flights to use the restroom, so definitely sonething to consider. Second, parking is extremely limited. As is described in the listing, you get a single garage and a single space in the driveway. We had a third car with our group, and it is almost impossible to find overnight parking ANYWHERE in Breckenridge. We were directed to the Airport Rd. Lot, which is on the opposite side of town, as the only lot that allows overnight parking. Its kinda sketchy in that area and we had to go by every day just to make sure the car was still there. A sketchy side of Breck??? Yeah, it exists.

Breckenridge Ski Home

Stayed here for the weeked with a group of friends in April. Great location, everything was clean, and there are ample places to sleep making it a great ski house. We rode A Basin which was about 30 minutes away. Would certainly stay here again!

Great Spot/Great Location

Had a great time staying at this location. The management team was very communicative and always available for information/feedback. It is walking distance from the slopes and the main part of the town which made things very convenient and we only needed our cars on the way in/out. Just make sure you're okay with sharing rooms to fit everyone in (which we were). Overall had an incredible time.
