Great location

Great for a family or small group of friends! Perfect location for a ski trip, just a couple minutes walk to the Snowflake lift and a few minutes walk to Main St. downtown. Access to the shared hot tubs was a bit of a longer walk. Host was communicative and very accommodating.

Great location!

We took 2 of our adult children and one partner to Breckenridge to ski. The location was great. A short walk up to Snowflake lift in the morning and ski in the afternoon. We could walk to Main st and there is a Christy’s ski gear shop at the bottom of the street. The owner was very responsive with a couple of issues with the fireplace and coffee maker. The kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast in the morning and a crockpot for chili in the evening.

Great Location

Can't beat the location for our teens to have easy access to the lifts up the road and easy return via the 4 O'Clock Run. Plenty of room and best part was being on the 1st floor. Easy in and out. Close to the bus stop and not too far to walk to the main areas of Breck.

Perfect mountain condo

Everything was perfect for our family of five. Right from the start, being able to pull up and park right outside the ground floor patio was so nice- we unloaded right there. The communication with the owner was great and the check in was so easy. The condo was so cozy and it had everything we needed. The layout was great with a split arrangement. Ski locker was so useful! We checked in first before making a run to the grocery store and I was glad we did because it was stocked with several items I had on my list (even a few things in the fridge people had left like coffee creamer, ketchup and jelly) so I didn’t have to buy as much. The location was great with the four o’clock run right behind the condo we practiced skiing with our youngest the day before we got lift tickets and it was so great to ski right in for lunch or a break. We never drove anywhere because the walk to town was short. Also shuttle picks up just a few steps away if you need to get a ride- it goes everywhere- just put the app on your phone so you can see the routes and times. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and it was nice that there is a white board where you can reserve a 30 min time slot. I could go on and on about all the perks of this condo! There are so many!! I couldn’t have found a better place! We can’t wait to stay here again!!

Convenient, Cozy Spot

First, the check-in process was seamless and extremely easy. No picking up keys at another location, no meeting a property manager at a specific time, just an easy lockbox on-site. The condo is extremely cozy, and a lot of thought was put into some simple conveniences like ample hooks for coats/gloves/helmets and plenty of benches for putting on ski boots. Short walk to the Snowflake ski lift and ski in access from 4 O’Clock at the end of the day. Communication with the property manager was great. Would stay here again!

Great location, 500ft to Snowflake Lift, ski in

I rely a lot on the reviews for VRBO and appreciate lots of details, so I try to be very detailed. Lean was very easy to communicate with and prompt to respond to my questions. This condo is up 4 o’clock road, about 400 feet behind Christy’s Sports. Christy’s was great to work with in getting our skis, boots, poles, and helmets. We were able to walk up the hill a bit back to the condo. The condo has its own ski locker just outside and there is a light switch inside the locker which was helpful because it was dark. The condo has a locker type code to enter. The entry has lots of coat hooks to hold coats and ski pants. We stored our boots under the bench. The kitchen, while small, had everything needed for cooking simple meals. Two of the bedrooms had queen beds with very comfy mattresses and cozy bedding. The bunk room too, had comfy mattresses and bedding. The bathrooms were sufficient but we ended up having to wash our towels twice. With 4 teen boys, I made them shower quite a bit and we seemed to be out of towels often even when I made them use them more than twice. There were a couple travel sized bottles of shampoo and hotel type soap. Be sure to bring your own if you’re picky. The welcome binder included all we needed to know about the condo. The heat was off when we arrived and it happened to be 4 degrees. The welcome binder warned us about how strong the heaters were but we learned the hard way that night as we slept and woke in the night boiling. Setting the temp just below the comfort zone really does work best, so follow Lean’s advice on that. The Snowflake lift is about 500 feet uphill from the condo. In the thin mountain air, that can feel like quite a workout. I kept telling the kids it was our warm up. Skiing was great while we were there - even during Covid. There did not seem to be any fewer people. Since we go over Christmas, we are used to long lift lines. This year was no different. The only thing you might notice is that you have to wear your mask - whether it’s your ski mask, or a regular mask. The condo is technically within walking distance of the gondola and downtown but with the temps so low, we just drove in and parked to walk around. A couple things to note would be the washer/dryer are on the 2nd level and you have to download an app to run them and pay. Another thing to note is there isn’t much dresser storage or floor space. A bit hard to stay organized with clean/dirty clothes.

We loved the property. Easy walking distance to town, restaurants, Troll trail, and gondola. Pictures and description are accurate and Leanne was very responsive. We’ll back in the winter.

Homey condo in great location

For my first time in Breck I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The owners were a pleasure to work with and you can tell by the decor that they wanted their condo to have a warm, comfy, family feel. There are 3 rooms and there were 7 of us. One room has 2 sets of bunk beds so we just threw the kids in there. Perfect. There were even toys for them to play with. How thoughtful is that?! There was a closet outside for us to put our skies in as well as plenty of storage right when you walk in. There was even a lock box on the front door so one person wasn't responsible for the key. We could just leave it there and everyone could come and go as they pleased. I can't say enough about the location. A short walk downhill and you have a place to rent skies. A little further away is the town and that couldn't be more convenient. The cute main street is right there and that means we didn't have to take the car out once. I'm telling you, to have the ability to take a 10 minute walk (maybe) and have shops and restaurants available to you is ideal. Now let's talk about access to lifts. After a short walk (ever so slightly uphill) we easily jumped on the Snowflake chair lift and began our day of skiing. And here's the best part. After a long, hard day of skiing we literally skied to the condo. We simply followed the 4 o'clock run almost all the way down and ended right at the back of the condo. (If this is your objective, then before you head off for the day, I recommend checking out where the run will dump you and making a mental note so you can find it on your way home.) Bottom line, if you want a great place to stay in Breck, then I highly recommend you stay here. You won't regret, I promise.

Best Location! Comfortable & Updated Condo!

We stayed here for 4 nights in January and will definitely return. The condo accommodated our group of 8 easily. We ate a few meals in and the kitchen had everything we needed - lots of dishes, pots and pans, spices, coffee filters, etc! We've stayed in our places that skimp on these sort of things in the past. No need to run to the grocery for TP or dish soap either! It's a short walk to the Snowflake chairlift and an easy return to the front door of the condo at the end of the day. You literally take your ski off on the property. Short downhill walk to town where there are lots of restaurants and shops. We cant' wait to go back!
