Just one block from the Snowflake Lift, Winterpoint Emerald Townhome is the perfect spot for a ski getaway! This tri-level, two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is perfect for groups of up to six people — and it’s just a two-block to the shopping, dining and entertainment on Main Street Breckenridge. Your group asked you to find the perfect place 
 this is it!

You’ll love the tasteful updates throughout this home. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, as well as a gas fireplace to keep you warm after a long day in the snow. The flat-screen TV is great for cuddling up and watching a movie, too. The spacious full kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed, with seating for five at the table with two more at the bar.

You’ll enjoy seasonal access to the heated swimming pool and hot tubs in the Upper Village (just 1.5 blocks away) for some fun in the sun or relaxing after a day on the slopes. Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, a one-car garage with an additional outdoor parking space, and two balconies. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

The condo was updated and clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals so we weren’t eating out more than once per day. Short walk to the pool and Main Street. We will definitely stay here again.

We were 100% satisfied with this rental condo! Beautifully decorated, modern and clean. Had plenty of room for our family of five, but could easily accommodate more. Very close to downtown and hiking trails. We will definitely rent again in the future!

Sibling getaway

My siblings and I came to this property for a last-minute getaway with our father and we had so much fun. The snowflake lift is a short two blocks uphill and 4 o’clock easily skis you almost back to your front door. Loved all the recent upgrades, kitchen was very well stocked. would definitely return to this spot.

Spring Break in Breck

Perfect location, only 1-3 blocks from chair lift, trolley stop/gondola, and downtown Breck! Nicely furnished with modern decor and appliances. Shared pool and hot tubs just steps away from your front door. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! We look forward to our next visit here.

Breck Ski Trip

Our stay was awesome. The property was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. We were a 5 minute walk to both the lift and the town and a 3 minute walk from the pool/hot tubs. Communicating with the hosts was super easy as well. Will recommend this property to anyone travelling to Breck and will definitely consider renting here again!

Snowflake lift quest

Nice townhouse layout with too many stairs to climb at altitude for us flatland visitors. Not a true ski in ski out, but close. If your unit is near 4 o’clock Road, it’s a breeze. If your unit is at the back of the complex, it more than doubles the walk to the Snowflake lift - BUT it puts you very close to the village pool and tubs.

Spring getaway

Our stay here was great! We greatly enjoyed it. The location was just a few blocks from Main St which was fantastic. All the things we needed to cook meals and relax in the evenings! There were a lot of stairs within the townhome (which I should have realized), which were difficult for my mother to navigate however she managed. I would definitely stay again with the remainder of my family!

Very well stocked and great location for our ski vacation. Easy access to slopes and town. Walked to rent gear from Charter Sports and walked to Snowflake lift to get on the mountain in minutes. Super cute condo. Perfect for our family of 5.
