A wonderful villa

Top Lage, erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Lage des Hauses ist erstklassig. Sauberkeit und Komfort lobenswert. Der Pool ist leider nicht beheizt, aber im Sommer ist das eine Wohltat. Dass Ober- und Untergeschoss nicht direkt miteinander verbunden sind, hat uns nicht gestört. Top Gastgeber!

Excellent house and place

One of our best holiday places ever, traveling with our teen son. Expensive but rooms, garden, pool and an astonishing view were all really great. 2 floors were nice and very well equipped , enjoyed the beer draft😊 . Only complaint. I’m 1,95 so the bed was too short for me which was annoying .

Wunderschönes Haus mit unbezahlbaren Seeblick

Wir haben einen herrlichen Urlaub in Villa Mimosa verbracht. Die gezeigten Bilder entsprechen dem Haus. Das Untergeschoss ist elegant eingerichtet und neu renoviert. Mit grosser Küche, Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer. Zudem ist ein grosser Tisch zum Essen für drinnen und noch ein Tisch für die grosse Terrasse vorhanden und aussreichend Sonnenliegen zum entspannen. Die Temperatur des Pools ist angenehm. Man muss außen herum gehen um in die obere Wohnungen zu gelangen, was uns nicht gestört hat. Im Obergeschoss sind die Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und ebenfalls eine große Küche mit Wohnzimmer. Die Küchen sind voll ausgestattet. Vom Balkon wie auch von der unteren Terrasse hat man einen unbezahlbaren Blick auf den See. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. 1 Stellplatz + Garage ist vorhanden. Tipp: oberhalb des Hauses liegt ein altes sehenswerte Dorf wo ein gutes Restaurant zu finden ist. Entlang der Promenade ist alles zu finden was man braucht. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen.

Wunderbares Haus mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben eine super Woche in dem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Die Aussicht auf den Gardasee ist großartig! Dass Mitte/Ende Oktober der unbeheizte Pool für uns zu kalt sein würde, war uns klar, trotzdem war er in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand und hübsch anzusehen. Im Sommer sicher perfekt, jetzt in der Übergangszeit für uns leider weniger bis nicht genutzt war die untere Etage, die ebenerdig zum Garten ist. Sehr schön und neu renoviert, komplettes Wohn-Esszimmer incl. Küche und einem sehr großen Bad, allerdings nur vom außen zu erreichen. Gäbe es eine Wendeltreppe oä ins obere Stockwerk, in dem sich die Schlafräume, 2 Bäder und ein weiterer großer Wohnbereich mit Küche befindet, wäre es perfekt! Alles in allem aber wirklich sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Haus für einen tollen Urlaub

Das Haus ist hervorragend und wie im Inserat beschrieben! Absolut zu empfehlen. Auch die Lage mit mehreren Restaurants in fußläufiger Nähe ist Top! Die Einführung war recht knapp aber verständlich. An kühleren Tagen ist der nicht beheizte Pool etwas frisch , aber das ist kein Problem. Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei kleinen Kindern einen großartigen Urlaub.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit grandiosem Blick auf den See

Sauberes und gepflegtes Haus. Top Lage, wenige Schritte zum See. Nett angelegter Garten mit Pool. War jetzt leider nicht mehr nutzbar, da es die Temperaturen nicht zuließen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war im Vorfeld aber auch vor Ort schnell und unkompliziert.

Das Haus ist neu renoviert und ist ruhig gelegen mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht über den Garda See. Hinweis das neue und schöne Pool ist nicht beheizt. Das Wohnzimmer in der oberen Etage könnte man ein wenig „wohnlicher & wärmer einrichten zum Beispiel mit einem Sofa Tisch usw.

It was okeish... but!

The villa was nice with a marvelous view. 1 masterbedroom was good! The other one to small and faced on a noisy little road, where the neighbors garages are! The pictures showed shampoo in the bathroom (was expected) and coffee capsules (witch were expected too!) but there weren’t! Remote control for the TV was without battery... to sum it up: A nice place, with a lot of details missing for this price!

Gerne kommen wir wieder. Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Lage ideal für Ausflüge rund um den Gardasee. Es ist im Haus alles vorhanden. Es müsste zwar das eine oder andere repariert werden, aber im großen und ganzen sehr sehr schön.

Ausblick

Wir haben 4 schöne erholsame Tage verbracht. Der Strand war nur 200m entfernt aber ein steiler Weg und das Haus war wie beschrieben. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Gardasee war super. Würde wir jederzeit weiter empfehlen!
