Greatest house ever... Two level home is the perfect location for your Brevard stay! A short walk downtown or to the Lumberyard District gets you to shops, live music and restaurants. The Brevard Music Center and Bracken Mountain are right up the hill, and bikers, hikers and runners will love the location right in between Pisgah and DuPont-- trails for days! Ride right from the house to Bracken Mountain in 5 min! Ride to Pisgah forest and breweries on the Greenway right from the house! What? Yes, that is what we said.

Walk a few blocks to the Lumberyard district which includes a brewery, restaurants and our favorite bike shop.

The front porch is perfect for your morning coffee and evening beverages. The kitchen is set with all the things you need including Alexa, there is WI-FI, smart TVs(Netflix, Youtube TV and Amazon Prime) and a washer and dryer. Perfect storage for mountain bikes and gear and a bike wash station.

Need a little separation? Kids or mom and dad driving you nuts? That’s ok, we designed the house with this in mind. Downstairs is newly renovated with great area for watching TV and movies and a bedroom and full bath.

Please note we do have external security cameras(outside) to assist with check in if needed and secure our home if we are not there. We deactivate during your stay. This home is great, the patio wonderful to enjoy. However, it is not a place to host a big party. We hope you enjoy it as much as our family does and create wonderful memories with your family and friends!

We loved staying in this cute little home in Brevard! It was very cozy and worked well for our family. Loved the gas logs on both levels and the separate living room area and twin bedroom downstairs for our boys. The house was very well equipped and livable. The kitchen is very well stocked. The town of Brevard is a short 12ish minute walk so it’s very convenient for trips to town. The neighborhood is tidy, quiet, and in a nice location. Jason, was a great host! Easy to reach and quick to reply. We would definitely recommend this place to others and will likely return ourselves. Thanks so much, Jason!

Great location! Within walking distance to downtown and an easy bike ride to Ecusta and Oskar Blues. The house was very clean and the owner made check-in a breeze. This is the second time we've stayed at this property, and it will definitely be at the top of our list when we return.

Living our Bungalow Dreams

This house was so cozy and well appointed. It was peaceful, comfortable, and so close to everything! The front porch was so dreamy and the neighborhood is lovely. The house was the perfect combo of modern comfort and the vintage feel of original bungalow architecture. The host was so accommodating and kind. We would stay here again and recommend it highly!

Excellent house

I really enjoyed staying in this house. The neighborhood was very peaceful and I enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The location allowed me to walk to several places and it is also near the grocery store. The house had a very nice layout which made it easy to stay organized. I especially appreciated the downstairs area where my teenage daughter could stay up later and not disturb me. I do think the basement set up is ideal if you are traveling with kids. The house had everything you could possibly need with a well-stocked kitchen. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

Great house in a great location

This was a great house in a great location. Short walk to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. There was a large front porch with lots of seating that was very enjoyable.The street was very quiet, so we hung out on the front porch quite a bit. Everything about the house was great. Clean. It had a well stocked kitchen. The back porch off the kitchen was a little unusual. Two chairs, a small table, and no way to get to the yard except through the house. We still grabbed two more chairs out there and were just able to squeeze four people there. The hosts were great. Even when a small issue popped up, they handled it promptly and professionally. I really enjoyed staying there.

Well Stocked and Convenient

We enjoyed our stay in Brevard at this comfortable house. It is well stocked and it's really nice being able to walk anywhere. Brevard is a nice little town with some great dining, hiking, mountain and gravel biking. We plan on coming back.

Charming Brevard Home

This lovely home has a "cottage" feel to it with bead board throughout and lovely wood floors. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked both with pots, pans, baking dishes, lots of plates and bowls, as well as with spices, sugar, cooking oil, etc. They even provided a basket of assorted treats for us. The lower level stays a little cool so, in the winter, warm pajamas are a good idea.Be prepared, there was a dresser but no place to hang clothes in the master bedroom; a closet but no dresser in the other first floor bedroom --but we loved the house so much, we didn't really mind.

Cute cottage in Brevard

The location was perfect for us. We were attending a daughter's wedding and her home is nearby. The wedding was actually in Cedar Mt. but everything else we needed or attended was in Brevard. My husband and I only had one additional family member, an adult son who flew in from Portland. The home is well furnished, comfortable and definitely has character. It was clean, quiet, and met our needs. I love the cute and comfortable front porch.
