New cottage with Hot Tub, Tiki Bar, Sauna, and Plunge Tub. Million Dollar Views

This property features the largest porch in North Carolina, with a roofed hot tub and a tiki bar! It includes a spacious and relaxing cedar sauna; the sauna is not included with the stay. If wanted, there is a fee of $50 per entire stay, granted upon request. Not to mention the most beautiful views. It's all just about a 6-minute drive from downtown Brevard. The gas station and grocery store are just a minute away. The cottage includes 1 cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a full-size bed in the loft above, perfect for a small group of guests. There are 2 porches: 1 is screened, and 1 is a walk-out from the bedroom with views to the woods. The kitchen is fully equipped for full-course cooking; a drip coffee maker is supplied!
For evening relaxation, we have a nice, large fire pit at night, and the firewood is provided. We answer every question promptly.

Wonderful stay! We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces (deck, hot tub, and suana). The house was clean and comfy and had everything we needed. Peaceful and the view was beautiful. Great location!

This was a wonderful place! Everything was accurately described and the property was GORGEOUS. The instructions were clear on how to operate/use everything in the house. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was cute and clean and the sauna and hot tub were clean and in good repair! We appreciated the laminated copies of instructions for both and the gate on the deck for our dogs

Had a great time in Brevard! The rental was a great touch! Tiny home with a cabin feel! All the amenities were great especially the hot tub and the fenced off private fire pit area. Great for letting the kids play without them wondering off. Brian and his wife definitely did a great job. Love the fact when you want to communicate with the owners, you actually talk to the owners, not a company! Definitely will come back! Thank you again for a great stay!

Great place, just as described. The rooms were all very clean and well supplied with amenities. The outdoor space with Hot Tub, screened porch and multiple seating areas made it all very comfortable. The location was good for us too since it was close to Brevard and all the hiking areas in Dupont and Pisgah. Highly recommended!
