Lower your blood pressure in this beautiful mountain retreat located in Connestee Falls; a gated community where one can enjoy a game of golf, swimming & tennis.
This professionally remodeled home features new furniture, level drive with a carport, and is handicap accessible with carport level entry. The home sits a top nearly an acre of wooded privacy. Enjoy winter lake and mountain views from the large four-season sun-room or the expansive deck with wooden Adirondack chairs and a new gas grill. Sleep well on high quality beds and bedding in each of the bedrooms. The master suite features direct access to the deck and a private master bathroom with a separate water closet. This lovely home has two additional well-appointed bedrooms, a spacious great room with a fireplace, a large dining area, and a foosball table.
The well equipped kitchen comes with all you will need to prepare holiday dishes and modern stainless appliances, including high-end electric range, a french-door refrigerator with filtered water, dishwasher and a microwave.
The house is equipped with three new flat-screen televisions, a washer and dryer, and central heat and A/C.

This property is convenient to DuPont State Park and Pisgah National Forest.

Because this home is in Connestee Falls, you will enjoy excellent amenities, including 13+ miles of private hiking trails and a George Cobb Designed Golf Course. The home is conveniently located near primary trail-heads and Lake Ticoa access area.

Ticoa Heights

Had a great stay at Ticoa Heights. Wife and I stayed with our dog and really enjoyed the hiking trails in the neighborhood. Connestee Falls is a great one to visit. House was clean and everything needed was present would definitely stay again.

Ticoa Heights was awesome!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ticoa Heights. There is a lot to do in the community such as golf, pickleball, hiking, fishing and it is centrally located in between Brevard and Cedar Mountain. The house was great with a lot of nice amenities, (we especially enjoyed the nice outdoor grill). It was quiet and comfortable and we would definately stay here again.

Great place to stay for a weekend get-away.

Great place to stay for a family weekend get-away. We loved the neighborhood and enjoyed the golf course and pool. The house was very clean and well outfitted: the kitchen was very well stocked, the grill worked well, then towel/linens were nice and fluffy, the dining area and family hang-out space were great (the kids loved the foosball table), and the porch was great for drinking coffee/watching the sun rise. Be aware that the bedroom with the queen bed has a "sky-light" style light, so it doesn't get dark during the day (not ideal for napping). Otherwise, we loved our stay!

Very clean, standard cabin

The cabin was super clean. It was a bit difficult to find first time, but fine after the initial visit. The cabin looks to be recently updated. Please be aware that there were limited amenities in the cabin: No soap, no hairdryer, VERY limited kitchen supplies. The cabin was expensive after paying the additional fees; there are many other rentals in the Brevard area that are superior to this rental for the same price or less. This rental was fine, just not worth the additional fees unless you specifically want to stay in the Connestee Falls neighborhood.

Great spot outside of Brevard

Lovely property, nestled up in the mountains in a wonderful neighborhood. We loved going for hikes in the neighborhood, playing at the lake, and looking for White Squirrels. It was a great place for a family vacation to the mountains.

Best time!

Home was perfect for 6 adults and 1 child, enough room for everyone. Perfect location in relation to Brevard. Loved the hiking trails in the community! They were so accessible and really cut down on having to navigate crowded trails at DuPont and Pisgah. Saw so many deer from the back porch. Can’t wait to return!
