Coastal Cape Cod 3 bedroom close to the beach, bike path & ponds!

Recently renovated, all new pottery barn furnishings, this light, bright and airy 3 bedroom, 2 full bath coastal home has everything you need for your next vacation, including a Master Suite with King bed and ensuite full bath!

All the new and modern conveniences and amenities are present throughout this beautiful home. Chef Kitchen, Viking gas range, Gas heat, central a/c, hardwood floors, custom tiling, outdoor shower, and large patio overlooking an expansive and pretty back yard and a whole home generator in the event of a power outage.

The home sleeps 7 people, over the three bedrooms:

The master suite has a large walk in closet, king size bed, and ensuite master bath with a glass enclosed shower, and dual sinks.

The second bedroom is just as large, with another king size bed, desk and love seat.

The third bedroom contains 3 twin beds, with a set of bunk beds and a roll out trundle.

The second full bath has a tub/shower combo for ease of bathing the kiddos.

Every bedroom has a television with smart access to cable channels. There is a washer and dryer in the basement, a drying rack for towels in the garage, complimentary wifi, parking for up to 6 cars (4 in the driveway and two to three out front). The dining table seats six, with the option for four more at the island. Two living rooms mean the kids can watch a movie, while the adults enjoy the quiet in the other room. Outside there is a fire pit, a couch, 2 chairs with ottomans and 2 Adirondack's. Also a dining table that seats six.

Easily accessible to the bike path, where you can walk or bike to the local ponds if you don't want to get a beach sticker, but also very close to the beautiful bayside beaches Brewster is so well known for. Close to the highway, and local shops, centrally located on the Cape in case you want to day trip to Provincetown or Sandwich.

Such a great home to begin your Cape Cod Memories with family and friends. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

This house was a perfect place for us to stay during our trip exploring Cape Cod. It was centrally located to the various places we drove to and the proximity to the Cape Cod Rail Trail was great. The house is spacious and beautiful! It was clean and on a quiet street.

This house worked out great for our long weekend on the Cape and it provided the perfect amount of space for our family. The house was exactly as described/pictured in the listing. It was very clean upon arrival, it's tastefully decorated, the beds were quite comfortable, and it was well stocked with with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Many thanks to our host Jenny for providing us with a lovely Cape escape location. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We vacation at the Cape almost every year and had one of our best experiences staying at this home. Jenny was very responsive to any questions. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, time spent in the backyard was very pleasurable, convenient location. Happy to have stayed there and hope to be back next year!!

Excellent stay in Brewster.

This was a well set up vacation home. I would recommend it to anyone. Close to Harwich, bike paths, long pond & the beach. Great place in a perfect neighborhood. I will rent it again next year.

Wonderful house in Brewster

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-month stay in Brewster. The house is beautifully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and Weber gas grill. The host provides timely responses to inquiries and is very accommodating. We especially loved the proximity to the 25-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail for running, walking & biking, and the wild turkeys who wandered through the yard. We would highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

THIS IS THE PLACE!!

We were here for a wedding, and stayed here with a few friends and their 2yo daughter. Everyone was comfortable, we had plenty of space, and the in-home environment was great for the 2yo. The neighborhood was really peaceful, beautiful, and we saw quite a bit of wildlife as well. The sun room was probably our favorite! Jenny was an absolute sweetheart and quickly answered every message I sent, and even made sure we had a pack n' play for the little one. We had an amazing experience!
