Needed a room for an overnight stay for a wedding in the area. Person who checked us in was a little rude. Was going to charge us more for an extra person. Then proceeded to follow us into our room. Fake deadbolt on door, only the handle locked. Didn’t seem very secure. AC never would turn on.

Wonderful veranda with couches and tables protected from the elements. They serve a wonderful breakfast with a fabulous cappuccino/latte coffee maker. It’s amazing coffee. Also A beautiful pool area and a grill with picnic tables.

Nice little motel ... updated and clean. Great breakfast, and nice grounds with a pool. The common area (for breakfast or relaxing with friends and guests) was quite charming. Our room was smaller than expected but we were out and about anyway, so it was okay. Quality of TV could be improved ... the reception was not good. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Our family loved staying at Veranda Cape Cod Family Resort. The property is immaculate, with beautiful gardens, an elaborate breakfast, places to sit outdoors, grill and make s’mores. We enjoyed hanging out in the gazebo in the evenings and even going a few steps down the road for ice cream at the Cape Cod Creamery.

We had a wonderful stay at Veranda Cape Cod Family Resort! This family-owned gem truly exceeded our expectations. The renovated rooms were immaculate, stylish, and very clean — you can tell there’s a thoughtful touch in every detail. The beds were super comfy, and the property was spotless throughout. The fact that it’s pet-friendly was a huge plus for us, and the included breakfast was a nice start to the day. The cozy lounge area with the fire pit was perfect for winding down in the evening. Special thanks to Mama Jay, Andrew, and their sons who went above and beyond to make sure guests felt welcome and taken care of. Their hospitality made all the difference. Perfect location, peaceful vibes, and great value — we’re already planning to come back next year!

The grounds are outstanding- full of plants, a lovely open air building and fire pit. The breakfast was also lovely- hard boiled eggs, veggies, cold cuts and also typical breakfast fare. The rooms are renovated, simple and clean. It’s an old motor lodge that has a vintage feel with modern updates.

The property is a converted old fashioned motel. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Proprietors were very friendly and called to make check in arrangements as we were arriving a bit late which was much appreciated. The common areas are all very nice and offer more of a boutique experience. The breakfast spread was ample and very fresh.
