Stayed for two days with my husband and teenage son. The renovation is beautiful and the property looks very similar to the one in NYC (though the rooms in Hyannis are definitely larger). It was a fun, beachy vibe and we all enjoyed the water park too. Did not eat at the hotel since it is not vegetarian-friendly but there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The immediate area is not beautiful (lots of strip malls and big box stores) but it is a short drive to beaches, cute shops, etc. We would definitely come back!

Water park is neat but the price is a fair bit above the actual value. It's also not exactly in a scenic region. Yes it was a good stay, but I don't think it justified its cost.

Spring Break

We had a great time. The pools were clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the food court at the pool area was closed while we stayed there which made the meal time a little bit more difficult. The restaurant in the hotel was good but price for a quick bite. The cafe place had some sandwiches and pizza for lunch but we had to leave the pool area for a meal. The room was clean, and comfortable, however, I missed the convenience of having a microwave in the room. It was a great couple of days we will come back!

Did not know the water park was not included! $75 a person. They should let you use it the day you check in not the day you leave. Your check out is at 11:00 and you can use it only until 1:00. And also did not know about the resort fee.
