Abgewohnt und hat seine besten Zeiten...

... wahrscheinlich schon hinter sich. WĂ€nde könnten nen neuen Anstrich vertragen und insgesamt ist das Appartement etwas renovierungsbedĂŒrfrig. Auch das Geschirr war bei Ankunft teilweise dreckig bzw. nicht gespĂŒlt.

Tolle Wohnung in Briatico

Wir hatten fĂŒr 14 Tage ein schönes Zuhause mit Pool und Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick ans Meer. Der lange Sandstrand ist durch einen schmalen Weg in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich in guter Lage. Das einzige Manko ist ein angrenzender Club, der zwar sehr versteckt liegt, aber gut zu hören ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im nahegelegenen Zentrum von Briatico. Ein Leihauto ist empfehlenswert. Uns hat es ausgezeichnet gefallen und kommen gerne wieder.

Nice place but noisy

People - Maria and Rafaele really helpful, welcoming and responsive (especially when we locked ourselves out!). Thanks! Apartment - Functional, clean, good air-conditioning. Fine for family of 4 but would be very cramped with more people. No microwave or toaster (as advertised). Nice pool. Location - 300m walk to beach. Railway line between apartment and beach but only one fairly quiet train per hour so not disruptive. Grumpy old lady downstairs screaming at her grandchildren and parking her car in the shade (so blocking access to others) was a pain. But biggest issue was large resort a few hundred metres away running a very loud Kids Club in the evening followed by very loud (and terrible) music until about 2 a.m. EVERY NIGHT. The apartment has double-glazing and shutters so we could close out the noise but it made relaxing on the balcony impossible in the evenings. Local trattoria a 5-minute walk away is excellent, with good food and very friendly (if quite slow) service. Worth driving to Zambrone (15 mins away) for nice beach.

Schöne,saubere am Strand liegende Wohnung

Der Urlaub in Briatico hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.Eine schöne, helle, schlich nett eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man so tĂ€glich braucht.Sie wurde uns sehr sauber ĂŒbergeben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Sie ist nur ein paar Gehminuten zum sehr schönen Strand entfernt und hat eine tolle Aussicht.Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Auch der Pool wurde von uns allen gern benutzt. Vielen Dank an Maria,wir kommen gern wieder :-)

Fabelhaft. Moderne Wohnung ruhig gelegen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage der Wohnung gefiel uns besonders gut. Meerblick - zu Fuß fĂŒhrt ein kleiner Weg innerhalb weniger Minuten direkt zum Strand hinunter. Die Straßen, welche zur Unterkunft fĂŒhren sind sehr holprig werden aber demnĂ€chst wieder instand gesetzt so versicherte man uns. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und entspricht den Bildern, welche im Angebot abgebildet sind. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt den wir bestimmt wiederholen werden.
