Welcome to Snappers on Straddie, a boutique 5 unit complex in the heart of Point Lookout.
Rent the whole complex to accommodate for a large group and be comfortable knowing you still have your own privacy. Units 1-4 all have one bedroom, one bathroom and have a mirrored floor plan. There is a futon couch to accommodate the younger children or one adult. They also have their own private balcony or courtyard each with outdoor seating and a BBQ. The television is a smart TV and is connected to NBN, so just log into your favourite apps and enjoy.

At the front of the complex, downstairs Unit 5 boasts 100sqm of internal space with polished concrete floors. The unit has a large open plan living/dining area with air-conditioning and there is a chef's kitchen with Island timber bench tops. The bedroom has a queen size bed and there are also two single beds in the living area.

Outside there is a communal area with another BBQ, fire pit (at request) and outdoor seating for your use. To the right of the property there is a washing machine and dryer, a storage area for the surf boards and beach toys as well as an outdoor hot/cold shower for guests to rinse off after a day at the beach. Keep an eye out for the resident koala's in the tree in the front yard.

Positioned close to a bus stop and an easy walk to all beaches and local shops, you won’t need to bring the car. There is a pedestrian gate to the right of the property that provides access to an easement which leads to Frenchman’s and Deadman’s Beach via the Whale Track. There is also access to free street parking.

Beautiful place met our needs. I would inspect after cleaners completed. Under couch cushions dirty. Unit 5 vacuum so full could work. Under furniture not cleaned.

Friends and family stayed for a couple of days, the accom was great. Size, layout, condition of property and cleanliness was pretty good. Also in a good quiet location, as neighbours weren't present on one side. Not quite enough bedding for the 16 person listing. Overall, pretty great though.
