Our flight was delayed by 6 hours, which meant we were arriving after the reception hours closed. I sent an email from the airport informing the hotel and the staff was very helpful. They organised and sent me the code to pick the room key from the locker.

Shops were nearby, was close to the pub. Rooms were clean and comfy beds. Outside area needed attention and upgraded eg pool area and smoking area. Pool was clean, just the seating area and pavers. But above all our stay was great, the senior lady (whose name I have forgotten) at the reception was exceptional. So helpful and accommodating. So, thank you for your patience and your expertise in the business. Much appreciated.

The staff were fantastic - very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed comfortable and nice and quiet location. The neighbourhood felt safe with nearby hotels with tasty meals.

Reception was closed at 8 pm. Wasn’t able to contact night service. Room smelled stale, bugs were flying around the room. One landed on the bed sheets. The slate blinds were dusty and tough to lower & close. Shower stall had black mold in many places. The shower rod was rusted, not a pleasant shower area. The water pressure was the only redeeming feature. This room was on ground floor next to reception and felt like a dungeon. No way was this an 8 star

It is a safe area with a numbrr of excellent pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff are very friendly and our room and bed comfortable

The outside looks downbeat but the room was clean with a comfy bed. The room’s amenities were very good, supplying tooth brushes, comb, razor and decent shampoo and conditioner etc. We didn’t use the pool or parking. There are two shuttle buses to the airport per day at 9 dollars pp. We ate at a nearby hotel. For what we wanted and paid the Airport Motel was good value for money.
