Convenient hotel for Gateway access

This hotel was perfectly suited for our needs. Staff were good and it was an easy check in and check out. Transport was handy and plenty of choice nearby for very good restaurants.

Our flight was cancelled, we booked on expedia and showed up 20 minutes later and there were perfect instructions on how to get our key so late at night, and we were in our room within 5 minutes. Perfect place.

The position is midway from Brisbane CBD to the airport which is convenient. The rooms are old but very clean. Traffic noise is a little loud but that is expected on a main road. All in all we got what we paid for and were happy and would stay again.

Room was refurbished to a high standard. Public areas could do with a big revamp - very drab and uninviting. Quite a long walk to get food. Staff obliging and pleasant and obviously trying to hard to do well. Definitely a 3 star property.

Lovely staff

The owners and staff are lovely. Super kind and helpful. My room was a bit run down (accessible room) and while it was very clean it was worn. Overall it looks like a great hotel and I suspect other rooms are nice. Excellent shuttle service.
