My husband had the check in details, along with my relevant documentation required. Unfortunately, since I was not present, they refused to allow him and my 1 year old to check it till I arrived. Instead they had to sit outside in the cold, till I arrived post work event late that evening. Won't stay here again.

Convenient location to the entertainment centre and easy access to bus to Brisbane CBD. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, the best asset for the establishment. Delicious dinner at the restaurant.

Such friendly staff. Convenient location and also that reception is open 24 hours which is fantastic. Rooms and parking easy to find. Service Station 2 minutes away. My room was a little noisy as it was next to the meeting room and restaurant, however it served it's purpose and I was very happy. Rooms could do with some updates, windows, doors, and sitting area however like I said I enjoyed my stay, no complaints whatsoever. Oh and snacks and drinks available to purchase in the room as well.
