Annerley is a city fringe suburb located by car 6 minutes to the gabba, 10 minutes to city centre, 9 minutes to southbank , 6 minutes to QLD Tennis Centre, 30 minute walk to Uni of Qld or 20 minute walk to PA Hospital. 10 minute uber ride will get you into the city and most Brisbane city spots. Bus stop is also 5 minute walk . This property comes with late check out and early check in.
