・Check-in
You will receive your check-in instructions automatically at least 1 day before arrival. The message will include a link accessible on iOS, Android, and desktop devices, with detailed steps, photos, and location information.

・Last-minute Bookings
Same-day bookings require coordination with our cleaning team, and we cannot guarantee same-day check-in. If you plan to book at the last minute, please message us first with your estimated arrival time so we can try our best to accommodate you.

・Early Check-in
As we do not have onsite housekeeping, our cleaners follow a set schedule to prepare the home. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM.
If you need early check-in, please request it at least 1 day in advance. We will do our best, but early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding.

・Check-out
Check-out instructions will be sent automatically up to 1 day before departure.
Please remember to return the key and send a photo once you check out.

・Late Check-out
Late check-out requests must be made at least 1 day before departure.
If available, check-outs after 12:00 PM incur a half-day fee, processed through Airbnb and payable before your last night.
Without confirmed approval, our cleaning team will arrive at 10:00 AM and may enter the property.

・Rebooking
Rebooking depends on availability and current rates. New rates may differ from your original booking. New check-in dates must fall within the next 90 days.

・Keys
You are welcome to carry the property keys during your stay.
Lost keys or emergency key delivery incurs a $180 fee.
If a locksmith is required, the cost (starting from AUD 180) will be charged to the guest.
