Manager was very accomadating as was the lovely Hotel Services Lady,the rooms were clean and the yard and gardens beautifully maintained,only a couple of minor things,face washers and hand towels would be good to have and maybe an extra quilt in the cupboard and a few more coathangers(we had 3) but all in all the convenience to the hospital was amazing for my Husband's operation with it being only a 4 min walk.We will definitely stay again for sure.

Only thing would be an additional lock on the door. Felt the door lock was not the most secure. Maybe a chain could be easily installed for added feeling of security and safety. That being said, I’d stay again. Quietest motel I think I’ve ever stayed in terms of outside traffic and local noise. Thanks.

The property was clean and tidy. Room a bit smaller than pic but still a good size. Great location, only minutes walk to Showgrounds, VIC Park golf club, hospital and public transport.

The property is conveniently located to the RBH and the City, with large, clean rooms, comfortable beds and a quiet location, the Staff ate very friendly and helpful also, I highly recommend this property.
