I’ve stayed at the Ovolo over a few years, my last experience was really disappointing. My room was closest to the lifts, I was woken many times during the night. At 10.30 am (checkout 11am) a staff member burst into my room while I was asleep. I found the front reception lady quite unpleasant too. It is really disappointing as I’ve stayed here so many times, even when it was The emporium and it was always lovely, great staff and facilities but it was really lacking this time.
