Eyrie is a relaxed, comfortable family home designed for easy coastal living. Wraparound balconies capture breezes and leafy views and features an outdoor dining table—perfect for alfresco meals. If you’re lucky, you might even spot whales and other marine life right from the balcony. The fenced backyard and gated balcony makes this location the ideal spot for families.

Inside, the main bedroom includes its own ensuite, while the other two bedrooms are serviced by a spacious main bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. Throughout the home, ceiling fans and polished timber floors create a bright, breezy beach-house feel.

Eyrie is a welcoming, easygoing base for your next island getaway.

Features: views, 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 singles), ensuite, bathtub, top load washer, clothes dryer, ceiling fans, fenced back yard, wrap around balcony with gates, carport.

Great location. Kitchen cooker didn't work properly. Toaster didn't work properly. Kitchen tap didn't work properly. Cutlery drawers didn't work properly.Sleeps 6, only 5 seats in the lounge.

Amazing views!

House needs some TLC & a good ‘spring clean’. However, was comfortable, well equipped and the view from the back deck was incredible! Watched whales passing through daily.

Perfect long weekend getaway

Comfortable family home, perfect for little kids. The view and location were spectacular. The house could use a really good deep clean (it was tidy but a bit dirty in cupboards, on top of fridge etc) but other than that we absolutely loved it!

Comfortable and a beautiful view

We understand that this is a more budget friendly rental but the home wasn't terribly clean (spider webs, dust, black mould). Generally grubby and could do with a very good spring clean. We still had a great time and it was nice not to have to spend a fortune for a Point Lookout house with gorgeous ocean views.

Just what we looked for - a beach house with our dog - single level wrap around balcony with good views - basic bed rooms and bathrooms -nothing fancy 6 people (with 4teens ) made it feel full but homely- could not imagine two families sharing unless you had little kids Fun to have our dog with us on holiday

The view hits you as soon as you drive in with the views even from the carport. Our favourite spot was the hammock on the verandah, very relaxing. A local bird came to sit on the chair backs while I was lying in the hammock with my dog. It was really windy while we were there and the first night was restless with all the wind. It would be great if the whirlybird in the main bathroom could be stopped somehow as the noise was quite annoying but bearable. The yard area wasn’t ideal to leave my dog in. Lots of overgrowth that looked like it might attract snakes so I ended up visiting the footpath to let pup go to the toilet. Nice lounge area, well-equipped kitchen and nice to have the tea, coffee, coffee machine, salt and pepper available. The beds were comfy enough and nice to have a selection of pillows. Nice enough en-suite but main bathroom had a really low sink. Nothing overall to put me off booking for another couple of nights. Thanks for having us.
