The instructions concerning the operation of the lifts were absent and the two keypads in the lifts made things confusing. The low level keypads were not very user friendly.

Checking in process a joke
No reception at hotel so all over emails and apps. Needed to enter a code to enter lobby and to get lift to floor. keypad in lift was so low hard to do. We had family from overseas and they didn’t have phones so hard to get into rooms with the door entry app. Rooms were dusty .

After a little of trying to get in, finally figured it out and got to the room. Room was nice, good size, did pay for 2 beds and was a little not happy to find out it was just a cot as the second bed, the mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but overall, would book with them again

Fantastic Brisbane accommodation
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this vibrant new precinct. You hardly need to use your car as everything you need is right there on the property. Great food options, shopping, a cinema and on these hot days the rooftop pool is just divine. The room itself was on the small side but was great to also have a balcony to get some fresh air. Everything is new and modern and once we figured out the access system, it couldn't be easier. First rate communication with management too. 100% recommend.
