Organised a 2pm checkout (paid extra) when checking in, yet at 12pm a cleaner was knocking at the door trying to access the room. It’s good they’re renovating the dining room, however they should be focusing on the mold in the bathrooms. Also concerning that there was someone’s nail clipping on the bathroom sink, which makes me question whether the bathroom had been cleaned

Walkable distance to ferry stop, Queen St, Southbank. Room is a bit old but very clean and comfy. The view from our balcony was amazing, facing the Kangaroo Point and Story Bridges. Left an item in our room and the reception staff swiftly posted the item to us so we did not have to go back. Will be back!

The condition of the room was fine and the staff helpful and I know it was Christmas but I paid a fair rate and no servicing of the room was done on both days I stayed Also I had booked at the eagles nest on Christmas Eve but it was not open when we arrived. I was therefore surprised that no complementary offer was made for either of these inconveniences e.g. a drink

Overall very happy. Comfy bed, big bathroom. Fast room service. Hotel undergoing renovations, so a few hiccups, but staff went out of their way to make amends. Super friendly and helpful staff.
