Yet another great stay with The Westin group! Immaculate property, superb buffet breakfast and the most attentive (especially Lina on the front desk!). The hotel is also central to everything in the city. We will be back and would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great, however there was a very bad strong smell coming from the bathroom drains and toilet. When we mentioned it we were told someone would look into it. When we came back they said the issue had been resolved, but there was no change. Also, the bill was not prepared correctly at checkout time, so I have been charged for the full stay twice. I am still trying to resolve the issue.

The drains in the bathroom smelt like mould, unfortunately it seemed to be a common issue in the hotel with other people also experiencing the same stench The poor was poorly cleaned by house keeping, empty chip packet remained on the bedside table as well as a empty water bottle was left in the bathroom and not replaced
