Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. To ensure guaranteed early access to the property, we recommend reserving the night prior to your arrival if available. Should that not be an option, early check-in may be possible but is strictly subject to availability, dependent on the occupancy of the property the night before, and will incur an additional fee.

Late Check-out:

Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. For those seeking a guaranteed later departure, we advise booking an extra night to secure extended access to the property, if available. Alternatively, a late check-out may be arranged, subject to availability based on the prior night’s booking, and will also come with an additional charge.

Baggage:

For security reasons, we are unable to accept or store unattended luggage either before your check-in time or after your check-out. We recommend making alternative arrangements if needed.

🧹 Reporting Issues: Should you encounter any cleaning or maintenance issues, please notify Alice’s Home within 3 hours of check-in. Any concerns reported beyond this timeframe will be considered as your acceptance of the property’s condition.

👥 Guests: Only those listed in your booking are permitted to stay overnight. If additional guests visit, they are the responsibility of the primary guest.

🚫 Conduct: To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and the property, we reserve the right to request a guest's departure if there is reasonable suspicion of illegal activity, damage, or potential harm. No refunds will be issued, and alternative accommodation will not be provided in such cases.

🅿️ Parking: Please use the designated parking areas and ensure you park in the spot allocated to your booking.

🎉 Events: Parties, celebrations, or gatherings are not allowed on the property. Violating this rule may result in the termination of your stay without a refund.

🔧 Access for Maintenance: We ask for your understanding in allowing access to the property for necessary repairs or inspections, with reasonable notice. In emergencies, we may need to enter without prior notice.

🛡️ Liability: As this is a privately owned home, neither Alice’s Home nor the Owners are responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the premises. We also cannot be held liable for lost or stolen personal belongings. By staying with us, you acknowledge these risks.

🏠 Respect for the Property: We kindly ask that you treat the home and its contents with care. This includes using furnishings, linens, and appliances only for their intended purposes.

🤫 Quiet Hours: To be considerate of our neighbors, quiet hours are in effect from 7 PM to 8 AM.

🐾 No Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets on the property.

🧺 Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping services are not provided. Linens and towels are available for your use, but we ask that you leave them in the apartment. Please also follow the checkout instructions to leave the home in good condition.

🚽 Septic System: Please avoid flushing any feminine products, as this can damage the septic system. If blockages occur due to improper disposal, repair costs may apply.

Penalties
We encourage you to follow our guidelines to avoid any additional charges:

🛠️ Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to items in the home. This includes furnishings, linens, and other contents. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.

🎊 Parties/Events: A penalty of $500 will apply if a party or event is held at the property.

🐕 Pets: Bringing pets to the property will result in a $300 penalty, plus the cost of any damages caused by the pet.

🧼 Cleaning: If additional cleaning beyond standard expectations is required, the guest will be responsible for the extra service cost.

🚭 Smoking: A $500 penalty will be charged if smoking occurs inside or anywhere on the property.

🔒 Security: Tampering with smoke alarms, covering them, or turning them off will result in a $300 + penalty fee.
