The room itself was nice and it was clean. However, when we arrived at 7pm for check in, we rang the bell and waited, rang the bell and waited, then we called the "late check in number", no answer. We rang the bell on the counter again and waited. Then we tried the late check in number again, and we were told the person would be there in a bit, they were in the toilet. I sign at the counter letting us know they had stepped away with an approximate return time would have reduced our stress of not knowing what to do . . .
The cleaning staff were very inconsistent sometimes we had excellent upkeep and other times no supplies only towel replacement. You just never knew what to expect. Also, the cleaning supplies - a tall cart of clean towels and linens and a second tall cart of dirty linens were left right outside our room for 2 days and a third day of only the clean linens.
The highlight of the stay was the excellent breakfast and friendly breakfast attendant. She was the kindest person on staff!!
For the price, I was disappointed.
