This was a great stay for a family of four- two adult kids and parents. The apartment has most of the things you need it is not as decorated and warm as the pictures suggest but it met our needs. The furniture was worn and not in the best shape. However, we easily had a dining chair replaced that was broken when we arrived and requested a cutting board and has one delivered. The every other day straightening was nice and then the periodic cleaning kept our apartment in good shape. We were able to request more toilet paper when needed. It included basic pots and pans and also had salt. Not a full size refrigerator in American standards but it worked for us. When we ran out of coffee, it was not replaced. The service was great and they responded quickly. You can walk to a multitude of local restaurants and public transit. We would stay in this area again!

Value for money in the heart of the city
Nice spacious apartment in an excellent location right in the heart of the city. Buffet breakfast was fairly decent and the staff were very helpful. A little noisy at night outside but it was the festive season and a lively area.
