Confortable propre! Mais pas de wifi! Pas d internet! Pas d internet pas de télé! Difficile de débarrer la porte. Les casseroles ne s useront pas puisqu ils sont incompatibles avec la plaque à induction!!! Un linge à vaisselle et un torchon serait apprécié. Une serviette à main aussi serait bien! TrÚs difficile d entrer en contact avec le service à la clientÚle, aprÚs un message nous répétant le code du wi fi et le mot de passe,il n ont plus donner de signe !!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had. When we arrived, the bed was broken and took two hours to fix, so we couldn’t rest after an early morning of travel and missed our scheduled plans. The sofa bed also broke later, and it looked like it had been previously repaired in a poor way. Other issues included a broken bathroom door handle, curtains that fell down, very poor WiFi (which caused extra costs), and a dirty shower floor. When I complained, the only offer was a complimentary breakfast, which felt dismissive given the multiple problems. I wouldn’t recommend staying here — check other reviews before booking.

Rommet var meget flott sÄ veldig moderne ut men sengen og sofaen var ikke sÄ veldig behagelige dessverre. Virket som sengen manglet overmadrass. Alt var ryddig og rent, det fÞlte med hÄndkle og rent sengetÞy.

Very nice clean modern apartment. Good locatio. n for public transportation. Did not have hot water.but was fixed quickly after contacting management. TV didn't work and although management was quick to respond through chat the TV was not fixed until the 3rd night of a 4 day stay. Kitchen could have used paper towels and some sort of drying towels for dishes. Would have been helpful to have a guide with wifi name and password and information regarding local restaurants and markets and any other helpful information for the stay.

I arrived at the hotel around 9:30 P.M. and was shocked by the dark and dirty building entrance, and the bars playing loud music next to it. Before the arrival I didn't get any information explaining how to access the room, so I had to call the hotel and ask for details to access the property. The apartment was in general good, renovated, with two double beds, a fridge, and air conditioned. Cleanliness could have been better and the shower walls didn't look great. There are a few reasons why I can't recommend this hotel: - The area is full of bars and it's noisy at night. One day I left the windows open and I could smell the cigarette smoke, and even with the windows closed I could hear noise. - The hotel is on a main street, with a lot of traffic, including a tram which doesn't stop at night. Also I heard police cars/ambulances a few times in the middle of the night. - Checking process wasn't good. I had to buy minutes on my phone plan so I could access the room and in theory there is WiFi but I didn't get details about how to connect. - Bathroom towels were old and some should have been replaced already. I know this is a 3 star hotel but it feels like a 2 star.

There are better places to stay

The rooms were poorly cleaned and no wonder. They had young children cleaning the rooms while the adults stood in the hallway and smoked. Communication was terrible. They only communicate via What’s App so if you don’t have that you have to call them to get your check in info. Our air conditioner broke one night and we had to wait until 10 in the morning for our call to go through. I get the feeling the air conditioner breaks a lot. Property was poorly maintained, not just the hallway. There was a hole in the ceiling above the shower. I’m confused how the ratings got so high on here. We were not the only guests that had an issue with the room. We passed people complaining about it multiple times during our stay.

Room exactly as pictured. Pre Check-in was smooth Bed large and comfy. Stairs to bedroom were pretty steep, wasn’t an issue for us, but may be if you have limited mobility. Bedroom ceiling quite low so might be an issue if you are very tall. Walking distance to down town core areas.

Lovely appointed apartment in Budapest

Lovely apartment with great air conditioning and access to the city. Beds were comfortable and separate loft space was perfect for kids. Didn't receive key access information via email so access was challenging and delayed. However, we really enjoyed our stay.

I rated terrible as communication with property was very challenging and had to get Expedia involved to finally get any action from the property management. We stayed there for 3 weeks and had to beg for toilet paper, bedsheets, kitchen stuff, towels. We were even expected to clean apartment. As much as we loved area, we would not stay at this property again. Thanks to Expedia for their on-going communication and support during this very frustrating time.

Spent five nights here. Nicely renovated, good use of space with the sleeping loft above the toilet and kitchen. When arriving we hadn't gotten any information on how to enter the building. Guessing the email hadn't been forwarded, but the customer service was swift in sending us the information. Sketchy entrance as other has mentioned, with limited light and smelly recycling bins in the entrance. When we got the the room we immediately noticed that towels were missing. Spoke with the customer service AI, which later turned into an actual service member, who would forward our request to the cleaning staff. Nothing did however show up during our stay. Also experienced the first proper summer days with temperatures above 30C. That's when we noticed the AC didn't work. Spoke with the AI again, and then a service member who sent us a maintenance technician which was promising. Sadly he entered and immediately stated that he was in no way able to help us fix the AC and promptly left. Told us he'd be in contact with customer service but we didn't hear anything, and that left us disappointed since the previous encounter we had with them. Nice place, close to a lot of things in the town, but we have mixed emotions after this trip. Enjoyed the place but wouldn't recommend it due to the issues we had.

Ideal location lots of local bars, restaurants, local grocery shops also no more than 20 / 30 min walk in any direction to all the great tourist spots however Tram & metro on the doorstop just download the Budapest Go app. Accommodation its self could have been cleaner and lack of lighting in entrance was slightly intimidating on arrival however was fine once you knew what to expect. No comfortable seating area if you chose to have a night in a small couch with coffee table would have been better rather than the large awkward dining table. Communication with owners was fantastic though, extremely helpful and attentive. Would recommend for groups/couples for short break stays.

Apartment was very nice and comfortable. We were a little apprehensive about the building entrance which looks quite run down but, once inside, the apartment has been renovated to a modern, high standard and felt very secure. Good communication with BQA - it is AI-based but did have a real person step in when needed. Location is great for getting around - 3 min walk to a tram stop, 10 min walk to a Metro stop and 30-45 min walk to most attractions - though it was very noisy at night (bar downstairs and other bars and restaurants around).

My wife and I took our two teenage children to Budapest and stayed here. It was very convenient to walk from the main bus terminal and had plenty of food options nearby for us all. It was within easy walking distance of everywhere, including the shopping areas, all five bridges and the Houses of Parliament. Communication from the owners was clear and excellent. The apartment was very good quality and was presented very nicely. I am very fussy about cleanliness and I was very happy with the standard of the apartment. I will not hesitate to stay here again the next time we visit Budapest. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Terrible communication and lacks facilities.

We did not receive information on how to enter the building and nearly had to book another hotel as we couldn't get a hold of the owner when we arrived for a long time. We did not have WiFi for 3/4 days we were there although the apartment states that it does and when I messaged about this I received no answer. We also received no hand towels for drying hands after washing. Communication was poor and the apartment was also dirty in some places like the shower. Would not recommend!
