Disappointing Stay at Novotel Budapest City
I recently stayed at Novotel Budapest City, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The rooms appeared dated and were not well-maintained, giving an overall lackluster impression. Check in took over half hour as they in error messed up my booking. To my dismay, both the pool and spa were unexpectedly closed during my stay, without any prior warning. This was particularly disappointing as these amenities were a significant factor in choosing this hotel. Adding to my frustration, the management refused to provide a refund despite the inconvenience caused by the closed facilities. This lack of flexibility and understanding further marred my experience. While the location of the hotel is convenient, these issues significantly impacted the overall enjoyment of my stay. I hope the management addresses these concerns to enhance the experience for future guests.
