Was just OK!

Property was OK. It was a kind of average experience for a family of 4, where the 2 single beds were set up in a sequence and then there was a sofa bed, for which the leg was broken and the mattress was bend, There was no toiletries or water provided in the property. Dont go for their below average breakfast, which was basic and was repetitive for a long 5 days stay.Overall, it was an OK experience.

Loved our stay but ….

Firstly, they were having work done in the hotel I may have thought about not booking there if I know, maybe if should be something they advertise. Second, the night and day receptionist on 17th 18th 19th were amazing and truly a pleasure to meet, I wish I took there names especially the guy on the night shift always a friendly face. Thirdly, the other staff on at night on 20th and during the morning 21st were the total opposite and felt incredibly let down by them. Fourthly, the place was clean and get homely which was really nice Lastly, I would definitely use this place again on my next visit as it is great for transport and local supermarkets and for the most part great staff.

Nice location and lobby area but very run down room. The couch was badly stained, curtain ripped, plaster was peeling from the wall and no air conditioning, not even a fan in the middle of the summer.

Apartment was a little further away from centre than we thought. The reception gentleman called Iieum ? was excellent always helpful and friendly, very polite and always smiling.

Very very basic Quite far out. Had to get a number of trams and buses to get where we wanted. Taxi costs for 15-30€ from the centre driver dependent. Don’t let them order a taxi in the hotel as they are a lot more expensive. No air conditioning. No sharp knife. Only 2 knives and 2 forks, a peeler and tin opener as cutlery. Handy having the fridge Room was part cleaned each day. Towels were changed and sometimes the bed was made. Bathroom was not cleaned daily. Staff were friendly and helped whenever we asked though were not quick about anything Overall the place is grand.

Lovely clean apartment with friendly staff.

We stayed in an apartment with S/c facilities but also used the restaurant for breakfast. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Ideally located for public transport and Lidl and Spar are close for supplies. We preordered our Budapest travel cards which were waiting for us at the hotel this meant we were able to get out and about easily on our first day. We had a great 4 days exploring Budapest and would recommend this trip.

Nice stay in Budapest

Wonderful spacious apartment near the center of Budapest. We chose the hotel because it had self serve laundry. The machine used coins only so we had some difficult using the ATM to get Hungarian florints and the one machine was not available until late at night

Excellent

The room is very very big and clean. There is a kitchen, living area and dining area. It is so peaceful to go back to this hotel after having spent entire days with tourists. You can go next door as there is a pretty good grocery store for food and booze. The staff were very nice and the wi-fi worked beautifully. It is only a short bus ride or tram +metro ride to the main attractions. Very very good choice for Budapest!

Comfortable stay

We stayed for four nights in July. Rooms are very good specially kitchenette was very good. There was some problem in wifi as signal was weak however we lodged a complaint and after some delays it was resolved. The lady at the reception was very helpful and nice.

Great accommodation

The apartments are clean, comfortable, spacious and include everything you'd need. They're about 15 minutes from the center of town (best way is to get the bus to and from). The apartments are right next door to a laundry place and 3 supermarkets. The only downer is the customer service is poor. Apart from that, would definitely recommend.

Great place!

My wife was ill the entire stay, but she was able to relax and rest. Room was very well laid out and everything we needed was available in the kitchenette.
