Perfect location for seeing Budapest - key sights, shopping and restaurants are just outside the door - but the hotel is quiet and serene. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great location, large room and bathroom. However, we made a airport pick up which never showed up, the hotel restaurant was a mystery as it seemed disconnected to the hotel and they struggled to explain when it was open- which it was not for dinner. Also the staff "hid" behind their computer screens and never provided any service so we just refrained to ask for anything; therefore if service is what you are looking for we suggest another hotel.
