Schöner neuer Bungalow mit Pool

Wir hatten sehr schöne zwei Wochen in Budoni. Die Anlage ist noch recht neu und in sehr guter Lage (ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse und mit Laufdistanz zum sehr schönen Sandstrand und zum Zentrum von Budoni). Wir waren zu viert und hatten ausreichend Platz im Haus. Ein echtes Highlight war der Pool, der von den Kindern ausgiebig benutzt wurde. Dieser wurde regelmäßig gereinigt bzw. wir konnten auch selbst mal den Saugroboter laufen lassen. Der Hausmeister war auch sehr schnell zur Stelle als das Wasser in einer Dusche nur noch langsam ablief. Beide Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Im Aussenbereich in einem Schrank ist eine Waschmaschine. Nur vier Sterne haben wir aus folgenden Gründen vergeben: - Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/der Agentur war recht schwierig. Antworten haben wir nur nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen erhalten bzw. nach Androhung das Haus zu stornieren. - Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr spärlich und manche Dinge die in den Ausstattungsmerkmalen beschrieben wurden fehlten gänzlich. Mikrowelle, Grill, Mixer und Kaffeemühle sucht man vergebens. - Auch ein Bidet, wie im Inserat beschrieben fehlte, was für Italien doch etwas ungewöhnlich ist. - Die Matratzen waren extrem weich. Man versank fast darin und wir sind normalgewichtig. - Das Apartement ist extrem hellhörig. Man kann die Gespräche des Nachbarn und umgekehrt gut mitverfolgen. Neutral aber vielleicht wichtig: - Die Fenster haben keinen Mückenschutz. Es gibt sehr viele Mücken. Ein Mückenstecker ist zu empfehlen. - Nebenan wird noch die nächste Anlage fertiggestellt. Es gab daher während der Arbeitswoche etwas Baulärm. Die Baustelle sollte aber noch dieses Jahr fertiggestellt sein. Zusammenfassend kann man aber sagen, dass wir einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub auf Sardinien hatten. Die Lage des Hauses in der Nähe des Strandes und zum Zentrum und die gute Lage von Budoni für Ausflüge und der schöne Pool machen die negativen Punkte mehr als wett.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Potenzial

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Budoni. Die Unterkunft war schön, der Pool war herrlich. Allerdings wurden wir bei Anreise durch die Baustelle nebenan überrascht. Im Inserat gab es keinerlei Hinweis darauf. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass es am Ende nicht störend war, da auf uns Rücksicht genommen wurde und zu der Zeit, zu der wir uns im Apartment befunden hatten, es keinerlei Lärm gab. Das Apartment ist sehr hellhörig. Wir sind aber mit unseren Nachbarn gut ausgekommen und unser Kind konnte trotzdem gut schlafen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war anfangs sehr schwierig, da er über das FeWo-Portal überhaupt nicht geantwortet hat und auch nicht auf der hinterlassenen Nummer erreichbar war. Ich habe erst über Google die Herren ausfindig machen müssen und dann konnten wir über WhatsApp kommunizieren. Der Pool wird durch einen Roboter gereinigt. Dies ist an sich okay, allerdings hat er irgendwann nicht mehr funktioniert, ich habe den Vermieter darüber informiert, aber gekümmert hat sich keiner. Dadurch war der Pool am Ende leider dreckig. Es war aber alles in Allem ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub.
