The complex is located in extensive, well-kept green areas where you can relax outdoors. The main street with its various services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, crafts, etc.) is just 500 meters away.

The center of the village, which is lively on summer evenings with the night market and open-air music evenings, is about 1.5 km away.

In 10 minutes by car you can reach San Teodoro and in less than 30 minutes the port and airport of Olbia. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
