The host at first was very friendly and communicate well. After complains the communication was not exactly there. The house looks great it has a lot of potential but the upkeep of the house for the price point was very disappointing. We had a few issues a mig shift stick for the shower to work, the front porch had bird poop but it had been there for a while, loose kitchen cabinets, the oven didn’t work if all the burners were being used, the exterior fans out of the 3 only one would work, a leak under the garbage disposal, the wine cellar was used for the dirty linen it looked so messy nothing like the pic, the A/C on the main floor didn’t work and we paid 300 extra to have the pooled heater and that didn’t work. We were told that we would get a refund for the pool heater not working but it been 9 days and still no refund. Nor have I heard from anyone since then. I communicate with the management company for some kind of compensation and that was also rejected. The compensation was pretty fair less than 10% of what we paid. Property has potential for 2.5 million dollar home as I was told but it could be worth 10 million if you don’t do even the smallest of upkeep it’s not worth it.
